Job Description: Join the team working on next-generation ATE solutions and semiconductor devices, supporting customers in transforming their digital test requirements into reality. You'll work on cutting-edge technology alongside our customers, in close collaboration with R&D and marketing in a cross-functional, international environment. This position is ideal for a software or electrical engineer with a strong test engineering background, requiring in-depth knowledge of the V93000 system and strong software skills for writing test programs and tooling to meet customer needs. You should have the drive to work in a challenging environment where requirements change daily, and solutions must be developed and delivered quickly. You are a self-starter capable of working independently on complex requirements, leveraging your software skills and V93000 knowledge. You are approachable, a good communicator with deep technical knowledge, and regarded as a role model by your peers. Responsibilities include: Develop ATE test programs (Java) for digital devices on the 93k platform. Support customers in debugging and resolving SmarTest software issues. Write scripts (Perl/Python) and tools to help customers improve their process quality and reduce time to market. Train customers on new software and hardware solutions from R&D and the Advantest Application Development Center. Collaborate with R&D and external teams to gather customer requirements for developing next-generation solutions. Communicate Advantest's strengths, solutions, and roadmap strategies to customers, addressing daily technical challenges. Prepare and execute pre-sales activities such as customer presentations, benchmark projects, requirements analysis, and competitive positioning. • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of Technical Sales experience
• Experience with 3 phase power relating to the Power Generation market is required.
• Knowledge of Electrical Power Industry a plus
• Experience with Excitation Projects or Rotating Equipment strongly preferred
• Experience with static frequency converters would be nice as well.
• Experience with capital projects or custom projects that have a long sales cycle would be nice
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• MS Office and CRM proficiency
• Ability to travel 50% of the time

This junior Field Application Engineer will learn and grow their technical knowledge by being the technical support to customers. Will work in close alignment with the sales and product management teams. Assess potential application of products and offer solutions that meet customer needs. Research and present reports to potential customers showing the cost benefit of purchasing Littelfuse products. This individual will be the lead in providing technical and direct support to west coast customers, in addition to supporting east coast and southern U.S. customers as needed. Overview

Provide engineering, estimating and planning services for refrigeration systems, Port-A-Pak, coil products, cases and panel products to the branch or distributors, including sales, service, construction, manufacturing and engineering departments to service customers' needs. To provide accurate refrigeration legends to the Sales/Order Entry Department.

Responsibilities

• Make recommendations to the sales department on innovative engineering approaches and advantages of various types of products for our supermarket customers.

• Work with sales, customers, drafters, and consulting engineering groups to ensure proper system layouts and design of commercial refrigeration systems.

• Assist field and customer service personnel in answering equipment application questions.

• Remain current with existing and emerging technologies in the industry.

• Provide process improvement ideas to enhance our level of customer service and better our department.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• BS in applicable Engineering field or Technical degree and 1+ years' experience.

OR

• 10 plus years direct experience in Supermarket application (HVAC&R) or design required.

• Ability to create reports and make presentations.

• Extensive knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems preferred.

• Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and some working knowledge of AutoCAD systems.

• Assist customers in the proper selection of Basler products as they relate to systems as well as to discrete components.
• Assist customers in the application, installation, start up, calibration, troubleshooting, and problem solving of Basler products and related systems.
