**Your Opportunity**
You will work on tasks under the guidance of a Design Architect or Project Architect. This is an intermediate level architectural design role. You will be developing plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details for projects. You will be assisting with contract administration activities for projects under construction.
**Your Key Responsibilities**
+ Supports project teams in development of design documentation.
+ Assists in the development of a design through sketches, physical models, electronic models, diagrams, massing studies, and other visual formats.
+ Utilizes BIM technologies in development of three-dimensional models of buildings and their components.
+ Participates in design critiques and pin-ups.
+ Interprets and applies building codes and requirements of other regulatory agencies.
+ Prepares and revises documentation in various architectural phases including site plans, floor plans, building elevations, building sections, and details.
+ Coordinates building systems (structural, mechanical, electrical, etc.) to ensure compatibility with the design intent.
+ Reviews shop drawings and submittals, responds to RFIs, prepares site observation reports, and other contract administration tasks.
+ Coordination of specs with construction documents.
+ Assists in the evaluation and selection of building systems and materials.
+ Attends project coordination and meetings with internal team members and/or external consultants.
+ Participates in value engineering and good cost estimating.
+ Implements sustainable design principles into the building design and surrounding environment.
+ Assists in site analysis, research of concept, benchmarks, typology, and precedents.
**Your Capabilities and Credentials**
+ Intermediate knowledge and application of accessibility codes and applicable building codes.
+ Intermediate knowledge of building construction systems means and methods, materials, and industry associated standards is expected.
+ Intermediate understanding of all phases of architectural document production and the relationship between drawings and specifications.
+ Requires understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, Revit and BIM 360. Prefer experience with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Newforma, Sefaira and Dynamo.
+ Ability to:
+ Conduct space planning, block planning, and adjacencies in coordination with building program.
+ Develop floor plans, wall sections, and details.
+ Check own work for accuracy and completeness and manage time to meet project budget and schedule.
+ Participate and collaborate in a project team setting through all phases of architectural document production.
+ Engage in creative and critical thought. To hand sketch and communicate concepts and ideas to others effectively.
+ Interpret sketches, drawings, building program and other similar material. To communicate abstract ideas (verbal/written)
+ Work effectively in teams and remote with supervision from a lead architect or manager
+ Work effectively in a hybrid work from home / in-office scenario with a minimum of 4 days a week being in-office or on-site.
+ Help coordinate project work with extended internal design disciplines and external consultant teams
**Education and Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
+ Minimum of 5years of experience, preferably on teams with government clients.
+ Licensure in Colorado preferred, but not required.
+ LEED AP preferred.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.

**Pay Range:**
- Locations in CO, HI, MD & Various CA, NJ Areas - Min Salary $ 76,600.00 - Max Salary $ 111,000.00
**Pay Transparency:** In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.

**Job Description**
The **Design Manager** provides strategic leadership in developing, maintaining, and managing Raising Cane's global architectural design standards and prototype documentation. **Job Description**
AECOM is seeking a Licensed Architect for a Senior Program Manager for our New York Metro Architecture group based in our New York City office to be responsible for client account management and program management for a large-scale, dynamic program. Alternatively, this role can be based out of either our Piscataway, NJ or Bloomfield, NJ office.
**The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for the following items, but not limited to:**
+ Will act as Program Manager and be responsible for multiple, concurrent NYC Local Law 97 building upgrades
+ The successful Program Manager will require extensive experience in design through to the completion of construction of New Jersey and New York commercial building projects
+ Manages more complex projects that tend to be larger in scope and dollar, thereby increasing the potential for larger change orders and consequences of error
+ May act independently as the IE representative with consulting firms and ensures that the final product reflects the original scope and budget requirements
+ Increasing responsibility for leadership of direct reports

Job Description:
The Lead, Network Systems Engineer will be responsible for the development of advanced communication subsystem hardware/software for multi-domain (space, ground, airborne) applications. The position will span initial concept development through hardware/software implementation, test, delivery, and sustainment. Potential applications include high rate, assured, and optical communications. The engineer will be expected to understand all levels of development requirements, to lead multi-disciplined engineering teams / programs in the development of new capabilities, and to manage subcontractors. They will leverage their knowledge in requirements development, parts, materials, architectures, and process flow down. They will understand System Verification and Validation, and following Systems Engineering processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong, multi-discipline technical background and will work directly with internal technical peers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) developing requirements, implementing designs while working with customers and associated sub-contractors.
Essential Functions:
+ Network Systems Engineers and Architects design, integrate, and operate secure, military communications networks over multiple domains. They deliver detailed network schematics, hardware selections, and software configurations that meet performance requirements.
+ Network Systems Engineers and Architects maintain an advanced technical understanding of IP networks, routing protocols, and current products and networking technologies like routers, switches, firewalls, and encryption devices.
+ They employ necessary tools and procedures to meet cyber-security requirements for sensitive/classified communications systems.
+ They understand Agile development processes and associated tools.
+ They understand and can implement solutions within a specific requirement space and budget.
+ Our engineers operate as part of an integrated product team to configure, troubleshoot various networking devices, and network problems.
+ Competencies should include various devices that use the network, including computers and servers that run operating systems like Windows and Linux, often on Hypervisors by VMware and Rancher, and container ecosystems.
+ Candidate must be able to maintain an active U.S. Government DOD Top Secret Clearance
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in science, engineering, or related (Networking or Architectural Design) discipline with 9 years of experience; or 7 years of relevant experience with a Masters (MS) degree; minimum 13 years of relevant experience/education can be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree.
Preferred Additional Skills:
+ Professional certification specific to the networking industry such as CCNA/CCNP or equivalent.
+ DoD 8570 Security certification such as Sec+, CISSP, or equivalent.
+ Experience with network design, architecture, specifications, and equipment selection.

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
