We are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who want to join our team as an Area Manager. In this role, you will lead a team of hourly workforce and will be responsible for engaging your team during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. Primary Responsibilities

Job Qualifications
Education:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Human Resources Management and/or related field
+ PHR or SPHR certification preferred
Experience:
+ 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager
+ Experience with labor relations in the transportation industry
+ Knowledge of DOT regulations preferred
+ Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment law
+ Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational, facilitation and coaching skills
+ Demonstrated creative problem solving and sound decision-making
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office
