As an Associate Consultant in our Management Consulting division, you will work in teams to deliver solutions for clients, with responsibilities including:

Crisis24's Crisis Security Consulting (CSC) team is seeking an Associate Consultant to join an ever-growing team to support wider project deliverables. The successful candidate will be based within the US or Canada, working remotely, but with potential travel overseas to support response and consulting tasks. The Advisory Services team provides:
- Pro Bono Strategy & Advisement: We design and develop pro bono programs that maximize the impact potential of our clients, including companies, foundations, and other institutions.

- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in the nonprofit, corporate, consulting, and/or other sectors.

- For this role, the estimated starting base salary range is between $49,000 - $62,000 annually, subject to locality adjustments. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. What you'll do
As an Associate Consultant, you'll combine analytical, business management, creative thinking, interpersonal, and leadership skills, developing each over time. Be in the thick of the actions to business and marketing questions like:
- How much should I invest in marketing to meet business goals?
- What brands, products, and seasons were most profitable, and why?
- What marketing levers do I increase or decrease to enhance overall profitability?
- What competitive, cultural, economic, perceptional, and social factors influence sales gain or loss?
- What marketing budget, mix, and positioning help meet business goals?
- Mathematical modeling
- Creating econometric models to estimate marketing-driven sales and return on investment (ROI)
- Implementing machine learning (ML) to forecast consumer response and future ROIs
- Diagnosing mathematical integrity and actionable business implications from model results

Qualifications

Compensation Range: $54,910 - $83,145 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
