**About the Team**
We are a collaborative, mission-driven team at Autodesk that values innovation, customer outcomes, and professional growth. We work on high-impact products that shape the future of digital asset management in the water industry. With our industry leading Water Portfolio, our efforts help communities build resilient and sustainable infrastructure through the integration of geospatial, engineering and operational data into a unified platform.
**Job Overview**
We are seeking a Product Manager to help lead the strategy, development, and execution of Autodesk's Info360 Asset Management Product/Platform. This role is critical to our product portfolio transformation and shaping how water and wastewater utilities manage the full lifecycle of their assets - from planning rehabilitation programs to executing day-to-day operations and maintenance.
The successful candidate will define product vision and roadmap, synthesize customer and market needs into actionable requirements, and collaborate across engineering, UX, sales, customer success, and industry strategy teams. This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation at the intersection of asset management, operations, GIS, and digital twins - and to deliver solutions that help utilities optimize costs, extend asset life, and improve service reliability.
**Responsibilities**
**Product Strategy & Roadmapping**
+ Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with Autodesk's business objectives and market opportunities.
+ Identify opportunities to bridge asset planning with operational execution, driving day-to-day use and monthly active user (MAU) growth.
+ Collaborate with product counterparts across Info360 Asset, Info360 Insight, the Info360 Platform, and Autodesk hydraulic modeling solutions to ensure alignment with the water portfolio's connected ecosystem and Autodesk's broader digital twin ecosystem.
**Customer Research & Market Analysis**
+ Conduct customer interviews and workflow research to understand needs, pain points, and decision-making processes of utilities and consultants.
+ Monitor industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation.
+ Develop customer personas, use cases, and jobs-to-be-done to inform product design and go-to-market strategies.
+ Monitor, prioritize, and actively participate in Autodesk's public ideas portal, ensuring customer feedback is incorporated into roadmap decisions.
+ Collaborate with the Industry Strategy team to align product direction with long-term market trends and Autodesk's strategic priorities.
**Product Development & Execution**
+ Translate strategy and customer insights into product requirements, epics, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
+ Partner with engineering and UX teams through agile ceremonies to prioritize high-impact features and keep development on track.
+ Manage release timelines, dependencies, and customer bug triage to ensure smooth delivery.
+ Identify critical customer workflows from Autodesk's legacy desktop Asset Management products that align with current and future market needs and incorporate them into our cloud-based solutions to enable customer transition and business growth.
**Data-Driven Decision Making**
+ Define and track key metrics for product adoption, customer outcomes, and business performance.
+ Leverage customer usage data and feedback (e.g., Gainsight, ADP, ideas portal) to recommend improvements and validate product impact.
+ Champion measurable outcomes - such as improved inspection efficiency, reduced downtime, or lifecycle cost savings.
**Integration & Ecosystem Alignment**
+ Drive ecosystem integration strategy with industry solutions like GIS (primarily Esri), CMMS/EAM, SCADA/IoT, Autodesk Tandem, and inspection software platforms to deliver a connected ecosystem for utilities.
+ Evaluate and champion third-party partnerships & integrations that extend the value of Info360 Asset.
+ Incorporate AI/ML-powered insights that help utilities interact directly with their data (Agentic interactions), predict asset failures, optimize lifecycle costs, and dynamically prioritize O&M work.
**Customer & Stakeholder Communication**
+ Effectively present and communicate product roadmap, metrics, and strategy updates to internal stakeholders and leadership.
+ Support sales and customer success with training materials, documentation, and demo narratives for new releases.
+ Partner with UX to lead customer validation sessions and incorporate feedback into future development.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
+ 5+ years of SaaS product management experience, OR equivalent experience in a customer-facing technology role (e.g., sales engineering, customer success, solutions engineering, implementation consulting).
+ Demonstrated ability to gather customer needs and translate them into product requirements or workflows.
+ Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to use data and customer insights to drive product decisions.
+ Well-organized with the ability to balance day-to-day tactical work with longer-term strategic initiatives.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Demonstrated success in launching new products or capabilities to market - ideally within complex or data-driven industries - with a proven ability to drive adoption and deliver customer and business impact
+ Familiarity with agile development practices and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and roadmapping software (e.g., Aha!).
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Knowledge of utility planning & operations, asset management systems, or geospatial/engineering software a strong plus
+ Experience working with integrations across GIS, CMMS/EAM, IoT/SCADA, or BIM platforms.

Job Description

About General Medicine

As a software engineer at General Medicine, you’ll help build and scale a healthcare store that makes it delightfully simple to shop for any type of care. We provide upfront cash and insurance prices for virtual and in-person visits, prescriptions, labs, imaging, and more.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for strong engineers to help us build a seamless and beautiful consumer healthcare product. We’re looking for folks who will obsess over every detail of our patient experience, and also tackle the complex operational challenges of delivering care at scale. We are looking for engineers who care deeply about technical excellence but are also comfortable moving quickly — we are constantly navigating tradeoffs between engineering velocity and quality.

Our ideal candidate is hungry, high-agency, and aspires to be a generalist. Our engineers frequently write product requirements documents, write SQL to understand how features are performing, and own QA — no task is beneath us or outside of the scope of the role if it helps us to deliver a great product. We're looking for someone who can operate in an environment of significant ambiguity, and who is comfortable working closely with design, operations, and clinical stakeholders.

We don’t expect you to have a healthcare background (though it’s great if you do!). However, you should be excited by the prospect of digging into the messy complexities of the American healthcare system (integrating with EHRs, revenue cycle management, etc).

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience building web apps as a full-stack engineer
  • Experience with modern infra tooling and programming languages. We currently use AWS, Ruby on Rails, and NextJS, and would expect you to have proficiency in a modern tech stack even if it isn’t the one we are using.

Please note that this role would be based in SF, and that we expect our team to be in the office at least 3 days/week.

Why join us

We’re an experienced team that has built a company in this space before, our product has clear product-market fit, and we’ve raised money from top investors.

We have an ambitious and distinctive vision for what can be built in consumer healthcare. We believe LLMs and price transparency legislation have opened up several massive opportunities.

If you’re an ambitious and entrepreneurial software engineer and this resonates, please apply.

Job Description

About Us

Reducto helps AI teams ingest real world enterprise data with state of the art accuracy.

The vast majority of enterprise data - from financial statements to health records - is locked in unstructured file formats like PDFs and spreadsheets. We train vision models to read those documents the way a human would, and make it possible to build products, train models, and automate processes at scale.

We've grown incredibly quickly, from zero to mid 7 figure ARR in 1 year, and now work with hundreds of companies ranging from leading AI teams (Harvey, Vanta, Scale), through to enterprise (FAANG, top 3 trading firm).

We're also backed by world class investors like Benchmark and First Round Capital, and are looking for a Software Engineer to build on and improve our core product.

The Opportunity

As a member of our founding team you'll work on our core API and on prem deployments. That means you'll have a hand in everything that our customers need.

We would love to meet you if you:
  • Philosophy: You are your own worst critic. You have a high bar for quality and don't rest until the job is done right-no settling for 90%. We want someone who ships fast, with high agency, and who doesn't just voice problems but actively jumps in to fix them.
  • Experience: You have 2+ years of experience building real world applications
  • Language: You're exceptional at Python or similar
  • Tools: Build your own tools as needed-like a quick Streamlit app to test hypotheses or create a dataset.
  • Approach: A quantitative approach to building products. Ability to debug, experiment, and iterate fast. You should be comfortable getting hands-on with the full development lifecycle, from ideation to shipping to users.
The core work will include:
  • Making improvements to API design and pre-processing algorithms (chunking, structured extraction, etc.) based on customer feedback.
  • Experimenting with new techniques and output structures to improve LLM accuracy
  • Build internal tooling and evals to better understand/analyze failure cases.
  • Working directly with the founders and customers to shape the product direction and engineering strategy
Bonus points if you:
  • Have prior experience founding a company or building products at early stages
  • Are ambitious and driven, and care a lot about doing great work with great people
  • Keep up with the latest developments in ML/AI
This is an in person role at our office in SF. We're an early stage company which means that the role requires working hard and moving quickly. Please only apply if that excites you.

About Reducto

Nearly 80% of enterprise data is in unstructured formats like PDFs

PDFs are the status quo for enterprise knowledge in nearly every industry. Insurance claims, financial statements, invoices, and health records are all stored in a structure that's simply impractical for use in digital workflows. This isn't an inconvenience-it's a critical bottleneck that leads to dozens of wasted hours every week.

Traditional approaches fail at reliably extracting information in complex PDFs

OCR and even more sophisticated ML approaches work for simple text documents but are unreliable for anything more complex. Text from different columns are jumbled together, figures are ignored, and tables are a nightmare to get right. Overcoming this usually requires a large engineering effort dedicated to building specialized pipelines for every document type you work with.

Reducto breaks document layouts into subsections and then contextually parses each depending on the type of content. This is made possible by a combination of vision models, LLMs, and a suite of heuristics we built over time. Put simply, we can help you:
  • Accurately extract text and tables even with nonstandard layouts
  • Automatically convert graphs to tabular data and summarize images in documents
  • Extract important fields from complex forms with simple, natural language instructions
  • Build powerful retrieval pipelines using Reducto's document metadata
  • Intelligently chunk information using the document's layout data
Benefits at Reducto

At Reducto, we're invested in the well-being and growth of our team. Here's what we currently offer:
  • Unlimited PTO: We believe great work requires recharging.
  • Lunch: Receive a free lunch to eat with your teammates daily at the office
  • Reimbursed Transportation: Provide us with your receipts and we'll take care of the costs
  • Insurance : Generous health insurance covering medical, dental, and vision.
  • Health and Wellness Budget: We provide up to $150/mo reimbursement for health and wellness spending, such as gym memberships, fitness classes, or similar.
  • Parental Leave: Work with us to build a leave schedule that works for you and your family

Reducto is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to sex, race, color, age, national origin, religion, physical and mental disability, genetic information, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity/assignment, citizenship, pregnancy or maternity, protected veteran status, or any other status prohibited by applicable national, federal, state or local law.
