**Job Description**
We are seeking qualified production personnel to join our team in assembling components for ambulances. The role involves installing components, circuit modules, relays, and harnesses in various assemblies and chassis units for electronic and electromechanical products.
**Responsibilities**
+ Handle all basic cosmetic repairs detected by our quality department
+ Repair cosmetic defects on vehicles (sanding, paint touch up, dent, polish etc.)
+ Use power tools such as drills and edge fillers to fit and assemble various detail parts and assemblies.
+ Cut openings in bodies to accommodate wires and components.
+ Perform hands-on mechanical assembly and repair parts returned from the field.
+ Lead a team of 5 assemblers in the rework department.
+ Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

From alignments, brakes and fleet inspections to tire replacements on forklifts, farm equipment, construction equipment, and tractor/trailers. As a member of the location management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing "hands-on" overall leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates to ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meets or exceeds company goals, while ensuring an energetic and fun working environment for all team members.

- 3-5 years’ commercial tires store operations ()

- Develop and implement strategies to increase service department revenue
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies
- Collaborate with sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Involved in monthly inventory counts
- Recruit, recognize and retain talented teammates. Monitor the performance of all staff and provide leadership and coaching as well as ensure that all employees have the required training for their position
- Demonstrate a great ability to lead, develop, and inspire others to achieve success
- Meet or exceed performance targets by understanding and following company strategies
