As an Automotive Service Manager, you will manage and direct all automotive and general service technicians in the operation of the shop, including:
Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers
Following up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times etc.
Oversee complete vehicle inspections and then make comprehensive recommendations—building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts
Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service specials

What You’ll Do:
- Perform diagnostics and basic repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, and electrical systems
- Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections
- Troubleshoot vehicle issues and provide detailed reports of findings and repairs
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to support repair work
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and company procedures for all repairs
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with our team regarding needed repairs
Qualifications:
- If you have proven mid-level automotive repair skills and want advance in your career as a technician and a leader, this may be the job for you!
- ASE Certifications a plus
