Project Manager The purpose of this position is to perform essential project management duties to establish an execution framework that complies with the contract and ensures safety, quality, value, timeliness, and profitability of the project. Responsibilities include managing medium to large-sized, moderate to high-risk EPFC/CM projects, and potentially overseeing a substantial area of a mega project. When acting as Proposal Manager, responsibilities include managing technical and commercial proposals, project planning, schedule preparation, cost estimating, and strategy development. We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Assembler - Battery Manufacturing who brings enthusiasm for energy solutions and assembly expertise to the table. In this role, you'll build and/or assemble high mix/low volume sub-assembly components from diagrams for manufacturing lithium-ion batteries while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. What You'll Be Doing:

• Operate hand and power tools for mechanical, hydraulic and/or electronic assembly.

• Visually inspect own work prior to next operation. Adjust as necessary.
• Use computer to ensure inventories of required supplies are kept at appropriate levels. Notify supervisor of shortages.
• Stack and/or move work following material handling and safety procedures. May use overhead cranes/hoists and lift trucks to move heavy materials.
• Follow standard work to complete tasks with a strict adherence to standard work processes.
• Support the Company's 5S program in an effort to maintain work area, equipment and supplies in a neat, organized manner.
• Make recommendations to change outdated or ineffective procedures through the kaizen process.
• Support Toyota Production System (TPS) driven processes and activities.
• May be required to teardown, clean, repair, rebuild, and reassemble previously built assemblies.

Job Description

The purpose of this position is to perform the essential job duties and functions for projects related to EV battery manufacturing (as listed below) with the overall objective of establishing an execution framework on the project that complies with the contract and ensures the safety, quality, value, timeliness, and Fluor profitability of the completed project. This position is accountable for performing all project management responsibilities on a medium to large sized, moderate risk engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction/construction management (EPFC/CM) or services project or assigned responsibility for a substantial area of a mega project. When acting in the role of a Proposal Manager, this position is responsible for managing completion of technical and commercial proposals, providing proposed Fluor project organization, project planning, means and methods of project execution, schedule preparation, cost estimating, and commercial strategy.

• Ensure execution of all aspects of the project in accordance with contractual obligations, Fluors Operating System Requirements (OSR) and the relevant Operating System Implementation Plan (OSIP)

• Ensure that project requirements for Baseline Centric Execution, safety, quality, and productivity are met in all locations managed by Fluor where work is being performed
