Job Description
In this manufacturing engineering role, you will work actively on Industrialization of cell / array / pack factories with a diverse, multi-functional team to specify, deliver and commission state-of-the-art processes and equipment for the production of battery cells, arrays and packs that meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction in the New Energy Vehicles of tomorrow.
In addition to the industrialization of the battery cell / pack industrialization, you will have an exciting opportunity to innovate and develop next gen technology processes and methods to drive continuous improvement for cell $ /KWH.
**What you'll do.**
+ Provide plant assistance to support launch requests and extraordinary needs with existing cell suppliers
+ Support JV partner to develop manufacturing process. Lead, engineer line layouts, implement the Battery Manufacturing processes, and launch manufacturing facilities.
+ Lead simultaneous engineering with product, purchasing and suppliers to deliver manufacturing feasibility. Drive design for manufacturability for new Cell and Module products.
+ Travel required, 10% international, up to 25% domestic.
+ Physical Requirements include accessing stairs and maneuvering long distances to include up to 0.5 mile. Position is in a 4 million sq.ft. manufacturing facility with multiple levels
**Additional Responsibilities may include:**
+ Work closely with OEMs in the design of manufacturing equipment, process, and tooling
+ Lead development of quality methods including process failure mode and analysis (PFMEA), associated gauging requirements and inspection methods. Deliver a control plan per the quality strategy
+ Develop assembly system solutions including workstation requirements (work content, automated versus manual, buffering strategy, redundancy requirements, etc.)
+ Define Cycle time, OEE, and other performance targets with industrial engineering to develop optimal operating and labor strategies
+ Define equipment acceptance criteria including duration, target results, and quality inspection plans
+ Provide relevant process documentation (drawings, PM plans, spare parts, training manuals)
+ Lead equipment installation and coordinate with building and utility teams
+ Lead on site equipment buyoff per acceptance procedures
+ Manage schedule and budget
+ Track and own change management to deliver quality, cost, and timing
+ Support plant operations to achieve system performance objectives OEE, Cycle time, JPH
+ Enable successful process and system transitions to plant operations
+ Ability to support crew patterns, if needed
**You'll have.**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
+ 3+ years of battery manufacturing experience is a must
+ 3+ years of experience/understanding of overall manufacturing processes and manufacturing business acumen
+ Experience in voice of customer and relating customer need into potential solutions.
+ Proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving industry, embracing new technologies and processes.
+ Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
+ Experience implementing large scale projects as a manufacturing engineer or project manager on new specialized manufacturing lines
+ Exemplary verbal and written communication skills

Seeking reliable, hardworking, and motivated assembly line workers to join our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a team-oriented atmosphere, has great attention to detail, and can work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
Hours: Full -Time- Monday- Friday, 8AM - 5PM (Some Saturdays)
**Please note that 2nd shifts will be available soon as well**
Pay Rate: $13 per hour
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly line setting
- Must have the ability to stand for long periods as well as bend, stoop, twist and/or perform other repetitive motions
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Must not have any violent felonies in the past 7 years
- Must pass a drug test

About the Role:
Eagle Staffing Company's client, a local distillery, is seeking reliable and hardworking Assembly Line Workers to join their bottling team. This is a hands-on role working directly on the production line, assisting with bottling and capping products.
Responsibilities:

Work on the bottling line, screwing caps onto bottles and ensuring product quality.

Stand for the duration of the shift while performing repetitive tasks.

Lift up to 50 pounds when needed.

Maintain attention to detail, including differentiating colors.

Follow safety guidelines and production procedures.
Requirements:

Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand on feet for full shift.
