Entry Level Truck Driver Trainees Needed

We are looking for Class A CDL drivers who have received their Class A CDL with academy training in the last 2 years, but have NO DRIVING EXPERIENCE. You must be able to provide a copy of your completion certificate from the school that you attended to obtain your Class A CDL.

**If you have had your Class A CDL for more than 2 years with NO RECENT EXPERIENCE & do not have a school completion certificate, we can get you started with an alternate trainee position. 

You must be ready to get started 2 weeks from the time that you apply for either position. 

 Here’s How It Works:

• We will conduct a brief phone interview to make sure that you qualify.
li>Upon successful completion of your interview, you will then complete an online application.
• After your app is received, one of our processors will call you to speak with you.
• We will then get you set up for either an online or in-person orientation. 
li>You will be required to complete some pre-employment screenings, as well as a background check.  li>Once you successfully complete your screening, background check & orientation, we will get you set up for your paid training
• You will be picked up by a trainer & drive in various states for either 2 or 4 weeks to get your required behind-the-wheel hours in. 
After your training, you will come home for a few days.  li>Once your home time is complete, you will be dispatched out & begin driving solo as an experienced driver. You will also receive a very good pay raise, as well.  li>We offer dedicated, regional & OTR positions. Local positions are subject to location & availability. There may also be an option to choose from 4 different divisions: Dry van, reefer, flatbed & tanker.  < i>You will receive an excellent full benefits package & riders are always welcome per our rider policy.  li>All of our trucks are newer, well maintained 10 speeds and automatics 

To get started you will need:

· A valid Class A CDL License

· A valid DOT medical card

· Your trucking school completion certificate

· PLEASE ADVISE US IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR SCHOOL COMPLETION CERTIFICATE

· You must also be able to pass all DOT related tests & pre-employment screenings

· Must have a fairly clean MVR

About the Position

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing various community maintenance functions necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the property. You will be responsible for handling service requests for and making improvements to vacant apartments to prepare them for market-ready status. You will be expected to always represent the company in a professional manner including providing excellent customer service and responding to requests and concerns in a timely manner. On-call, responds to after hours emergency calls

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is ; Trade school and/or military training a plus.
• 0-2 years general maintenance experience (i.e., plumbing, electrical, carpeting, and painting, etc.)
• CPO or must be willing to obtain within 60 days of employment.
• Valid driver's license along with good driving record and auto insurance is required.
• Work on-call rotation, responding to after hours emergencies.
