Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance team. This role is instrumental in supporting strategic decision-making through comprehensive financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial principles, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to interpret complex financial data. Responsibilities include developing financial models, preparing budgets and forecasts, and analyzing financial performance against key metrics. You will be responsible for identifying trends, highlighting variances, and providing insights to management to drive profitability and operational efficiency. Key duties include conducting variance analysis, performing profitability studies, and contributing to the annual budgeting process. The Senior Financial Analyst will also support month-end and year-end close activities, assist with audits, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) software and ERP systems is essential. Strong presentation skills are required to communicate financial insights clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the financial health and strategic direction of the organization, working from our office in **Omaha, Nebraska, US**.
