Billings Clinic's vision is to be a national leader in providing the best clinical quality, patient safety, service and value. The electronic medical record helps both primary care physicians and specialists know the patients' entire health history, the drugs that have been prescribed, and test results. This improves the overall quality, safety and cost of care.
Billings Clinic's downtown campus consists of:
•A 336-bed hospital
•20-suite Family Birth Center with a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
•Level I Emergency and Trauma Center
•Inpatient Cancer Care Unit
•Surgery Center
•Billings Clinic, the region's largest multi-specialty group practice with over 80 specialties
Off the main campus are branch clinics which include:
•Billings Clinic Heights
•Billings Clinic West

BC was designated as the first Magnet organization in Montana in 2006 and is also a member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network. Our affiliated hospitals are located throughout Montana and Wyoming.
Physician leadership is embedded in the organization, with a physician CEO, and through its local boards that have physician members. Billings Clinic is consistently recognized nationally for excellent performance in patient quality, safety, and service.
Billings Clinic launched Montana's first Internal Medicine Residency program in 2014, a testament to its mission of advancing health care, education, and research. Last year, Billings Clinic's cost of Community Benefit totaled more than $38 million, including $.9 million in financial assistance provided to nearly 11,000 patients.
Billings Clinic was the first Montana Magnet® -designated health care organization for nursing excellence and is a member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network.
Billings Clinic - Logan Health
In September 2023, Billings Clinic and Logan Health united as one non-profit, Montana based, independent health care system focused on keeping patients and families close to home and connecting care in communities throughout the region. The unified health system serves an area that includes Montana, northern Wyoming and the western Dakotas and is governed by a board of community members and medical professionals. It encompasses 25 hospitals, which includes 16 regional partnerships with critical access hospitals and clinics. More than 9,000 employees, including 1,200 physicians and advanced practice providers practicing in 80 specialties, work together to provide patients and their families with a positive, proactive, patient-centered experience through innovative and effective approaches to high quality, safe health care. Combined, Billings Clinic and Logan Health generate annual net revenues of $ billion.
Billings Clinic and Logan Health have deep commitments to complex care, local access, innovation and health care education. By uniting the two organizations in September 2023, each of which have served Montana and the surrounding region for more than 100 years, Billings Clinic and Logan Health are better together.
