This senior engineering position provides Tier 3 level Citrix support to a large government department. The preferred candidate will be a IT engineer with extensive hands-on experience with Citrix configuration, operations, management, maintenance, and architecture. The qualified candidate will have extensive experience in analyzing, troubleshooting, and remediating end-user issues.
The position will have a hybrid telework arrangement with **two telework days a week** and the remaining workdays at a secure government facility within the Washington DC metropolitan area. Responsibilities include:
+ Performs engineering technical support for Microsoft Server 2022, Citrix LTSR 2402, VMware ESX 5.0+, VPNs, firewall/proxy, enterprise networks, and Active Directory integration.

About You:
The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. In-depth knowledge of implementing and supporting distributed Windows Certification Authority infrastructure (ADCS)
Proven experience implementing and supporting SAML/SSO deployments and integrations with Citrix
Experience with AD GPO and secure configurations.
Experience with auditing of AD and Windows environments and performing adjustments to security & configuration policies
Deep experience in administering and troubleshooting Citrix environments
Deep experience with Citrix architecture & design. Including ADC/NetScaler (13.0+), Citrix ADM, WEM, XenApp, XenDesktop, High Availability, resiliency/redundancy, GSLB etc.
