Target compensation: $80,000 - 130,000+/year dependent upon experience, plus uncapped commissions.
Account Executive Responsibilities:
- Drive sales process from start to finish.
- Perform the necessary research, develop a business development and marketing plan for your assigned territory and vertical market, identify and qualify opportunities, and execute sales pursuit strategies to secure sales at or above annual quotas.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and other methods.
- Act as quarterback of the solution development team to develop and deliver compelling solutions to customers per the customers' and internal deadlines.
- Initiate, build, and maintain executive level relationships.
- Work as a team player with the Business Development team.
- Manage CRM consistently as the primary means of managing sales pipeline and activity.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 6+ years demonstrated experience selling solutions to local government or related entities.
- Sales experience with Facilities, Facility systems, Facility operations, Energy and Utilities a plus.
- Knowledge of proactive prospecting at the financial decision-making level.
- Understanding of financial statements and operating budgets.
- Strong presenter and expert level of MS PowerPoint.
- Must be able to produce a persuasive proposal through exceptional writing skills as required for all RFP's and RFQ's.
- Ability to travel up to 50% (may include 20% overnight travel) to client sites and industry events, car allowance is included.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an accomplished Sales Representative to drive SaaS solution engagements with State and Local Government, Higher Education, GovTech, and EdTech organizations. As an ISV Sales Manager (ISM) within AWS, you will have the opportunity to drive the expansion and adoption of innovative cloud SaaS solutions for an assigned territory. The ISM role is responsible for creating, driving and closing new sales opportunities with AWS Field Sellers, ISVs and customers. You will be responsible for enabling co-sell with ISV partners and AWS Account Managers to generate net new revenue and drive expansion of SaaS renewals. You will accelerate growth of SaaS solutions sold through Marketplace Channel Partner Private Offers.
The ideal candidate will possess industry knowledge and a ISV sales background that enables them to drive an engagement at the CXO level, as well as with the software developers and IT architects to convey compelling SaaS solutions to solve customer needs. You should have demonstrated ability to create and execute a go to market strategy and think strategically about to address customer priorities and technical challenges.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales strategy and customer engagement plan that drives revenue through the renewal, expansion and adoption of SaaS solutions
- Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior management team regarding quarterly and year strategies that align with revenue growth expectations.
- Broker internal resources, tools, references and/or investments needed to execute on the business plans in order to help meet the set goals.
- Drive sales execution across activities, including coordination of lead generation-related and joint sales enablement activities between ISVs and the AWS field organizations.
- Lead regular pipeline reviews to ensure pipeline information is thorough and accurate according to AWS's adoption solution stages. Hold reviews with both ISV and AWS Account Managers to identify best practices to leverage or lessons to be learned.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of technology or professional services selling to C-level executives.

The position of Event Manager on board a yacht is responsible for ensuring the overall guest experience on all public cruises and private charters. Successful candidates will possess the ability to stay calm and composed in a fast-paced environment and display the willingness to be a team player, handling bar duties and assisting with vessel preparation and closure. Days, evenings and weekend shifts available.

- Review events at the beginning of the work week for discrepancies, conflicts, or questions. Communicate any issues
- Review contract with lead chef and sales manager (when available)
- Prepare diagrams based on guest count, client needs, and staffing level
- Gather additional items needed for event (beverages, supplies, paperwork, etc.)
- Be on board yacht at scheduled in time for crew, ready to start pre-shift meeting
- Supervise and manage crew while on HCE premises
- Review all contract details with crew and set expectation for the event. Be clear & concise.
- Assign & direct crew in their position related responsibilities, including sidework, resets, and cleaning of F&B areas.
- Monitor and evaluate all food, beverage, and service quality during event
- Take corrective action to ensure a successful function
- Support the onboard Operations staff with all safety requirements, while communicating essential information regarding the event.
- Completion of Senior Deckhand training, including, but not limited to, vessel operations, fire safety, CPR/AED, line handling, and First Aid.
