**Description of duties:**
**Associate Director (55%)**
* Prepare materials related to the script and staging in conjunction with the Director.
* Plan rehearsals in conjunction with the Director and Stage Manager- including contributing to the rehearsal schedule, especially in relation to movement work.
* Prepare materials and for and participate in auditions with the Director.
* Collaborate with the Director I the casting of the roles.
* Attend production meetings as requested.
* Run rehearsals in conjunction with the Director and Stage Manager.
**Movement Coordinator (35%)**
* Attend a number of tech rehearsals / dress rehearsals in order to ensure the artistic integrity and safety of all movement/choreography. Schedule to be determined in conjunction with Director, Stage Manager and Production Manager
* Work with a student "movement captain" to ensure the fidelity of the movement/choreography as well as to establish a regular routine for the review of said movement/choreography.
**Additional Duties (10%)**
* Promote an effective and inclusive educational environment and be supportive of students in their training process.
**Minimum Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Drama or related field
* 5+ years professional experience as a director / associate director TO INCLUDE 3+ years as a certified combat and/or intimacy coordinator.
_Equivalent education/experience will substitute for all minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license/certification/registration._

GENERAL INFORMATION

Pay Rate and Fringe Benefits: Appointments will usually be made at the minimum rate with annual increases where applicable. Payment is on a bi-weekly basis. Employees receive liberal fringe benefits, which include vacation pay, sick leave pay, health care insurance, optical, dental, long term disability, life insurance and a retirement plan.

Investigation and Probationary Period: An investigation of character and past employment will be conducted. Appointees must satisfactorily complete a probationary period before the appointment will be considered permanent, in accordance with the provisions of the collective bargaining agreements.

Veteran's Preference: Honorably discharged war veterans who receive passing grades on examinations will have ten (10) points added to their final earned examination scores and those who have a service connected disability will have five (5) points added to their score, for a possible total of fifteen (15) additional points. Appeal of Rejection: Persons denied permission to compete in an examination may make a written appeal to the Wayne County Civil Service Commission for a final decision. Review of Examination: A request to review an examination must be made in writing within twenty (20) days after the notice of result of the examination is mailed. An appeal concerning the rating received must be made in writing within twenty (20) days after the review. An appeal must state the basis on which it is claimed that the rating is improper.

**The Opportunity**
The Service Delivery Center is made up of high-performing, US-based resources who work closely with our experienced professionals to deliver project-based work and managed services to our federal clients. The Service Delivery Center is a core component of the Government & Public Sector practice (GPS). This role is part of our Cybersecurity - Strategy, Risk, Compliance & Resiliency ("SRC&R") team within our Service Delivery Center. This team assists our clients with aligning a security management strategy with their business goals by assessing, designing, training, implementing and operating cybersecurity processes and solutions. This function is supported by our strategic alliances with third-party vendors and leveraging cybersecurity frameworks (e.g. NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-37).
The Senior Analyst provides seasoned cybersecurity troubleshooting, analysis, and technical expertise, oversees the work of junior team members, and serves as escalation point for more complex technical issues.
**Your Key Responsibilities**
+ Design and assess security architecture for technologies such as SaaS, PaaS, laaS, AI/ML, and Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA)
+ Develop and implement application and cloud security architectures, primarily in AWS as well as Azure and Oracle
+ Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks including NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, OWASP, CIS, STIG, SOX, CMMC and DFAR requirements
+ Conduct network security assessments, focusing on ZTA, secure connectivity (Firewall Ingress/Egress), and data encryption, and key management
+ Manage workload independently and escalate issues proactively; Collaborate directly with Product Owners to explain technical architecture requirements and address any related questions
+ Effectively lead and motivate service delivery center team who support technology consulting engagements and provide technical leadership with the SRC&R service operations and delivery
+ Provide guidance and direction to the on-site GPS SRC&R consultants in identifying process improvements, including junior staff members, enhancing existing SRC&R solutions and operating SRC&R processes as required
+ Additional responsibilities include support in the following areas:
+ Assess cybersecurity controls, programs and strategies using our proprietary framework and industry frameworks
+ Operate SRC&R solutions based upon engagement defined policies and procedures
+ Cybersecurity measurements and monitoring development and operations
+ Cybersecurity strategy and roadmap development
+ NIST Risk Management Framework and Assessment and Authorization enhancement, operations and governance

**Skills and attributes for Success**

AWS Order-to-Cash (O2C) supports global customers by helping them understand our order-to-cash cycle, and ensuring their experience with AWS meets their business needs. We help with complex account and billing related inquiries, and interface with AWS teams to provide the perspective of the Voice of the Customer.
As an AWS O2C Manager, you will support the government and nonprofit communities' customers to identify and resolve billing issues, Collect on past due balances, post cash and report on your team's performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
Understanding the AWS billing processes to provide guidance to customers, identifying defects and driving resolutions upstream of AR
- Managing a portfolio of customer receivables and working to maximize AWS cash flow by solving customer payment issues
- Preparing insightful and actionable reports for the receivables management team
- Full cycle of accounts receivable past due balances, including: research, analysis and reconciliation
- Managing and resolving invoice discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate receivables.
- Managing internal and external Accounts receivable inquiries.
- Maintaining customer relationships by responding timely and accurately to both internal (company) and external (vendor directly) questions and requests for information.
- Directly interacting with a wide variety of public sector accounts and building strong relationships and understanding the procure-to-pay cycles of our customers.
- Understanding the AWS billing processes to provide guidance to customers, identifying defects and driving resolutions upstream of AR.
- Developing policies, procedures and processes with internal support teams, then implementing and enforcing globally (continuous improvement cycle).
In addition, your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following:
- Performing deep dive analysis for AWS customer contacts to gather lessons learned, and then uses that information to create or improve policies, procedures, and best practice reference materials.
