**What You'll Contribute**
The Senior Associate, Education will be responsible for designing, creating, and delivering digital learning for the Operations department. The candidate must have a foundational understanding of instructional design models that produce impactful, measurable results, such as increased employee engagement and improved retention. Their duties include collaborating with subject experts to determine the efficiency of their course designs, transferring courses into online formats and creating course manuals for educators to use. The responsibility of Instructional Design is to analyze and fix disconnections between learning performance and available tools as well as cross departmental education.

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
