We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join the American Mercy Home Health team. The PTA assists patients, in the comfort of their own homes, to regain their independence by improving their mobility, strength, and overall functional abilities. The PTA works collaboratively with the PT, patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care and achieve established goals.

• Every facility has an in-house therapy team - no contract therapy company. All department teams work for the facility and share the same goals
• Each facility is independently operated with local leadership and no corporate red tape
• Decisions made at the facility for the facility staff and community needs
