Ensure US FDA GMP Inspection Readiness, Inspection Activities, Inspection Follow-Up for US FDA exposed sites within Sanofi and the external network (e.g., CMOs, Alliance Partners, etc.): < r> Enhance inspection readiness through on-site quality system assessments, audits, identifying gaps, and developing mitigation action plans.
Oversee FDA inspection preparation, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure thorough readiness and effective response management.

**The Role at a Glance**
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Risk Management to join the Market Risk oversight team, which is a part of the broader Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function in the Office of the CRO. This team is focused on setting the parameters of risk management as they relate to the hedging of capital market risks. This is a relatively new team at Lincoln, and we're growing! **What you'll be doing**
+ Build out independent market risk reporting that captures liability attribution, hedge performance attribution, risk profile, hedge trading, etc.

+ Partner with IT and quantitative teams to ensure the implementation and effectiveness of risk management systems, tools, and models

**What we're looking for**

The pay range for this position is $93,300 - $169,700 with **anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range** and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law.
