Overview Doyon Management Services, LLC (DMS) , a wholly owned subsidiary of Doyon Government Group (DGG), provides design-build and general construction services for demolition, new construction, renovations, repairs, and civil projects at government-owned facilities and military installations. The Construction Estimator prepares cost estimates for construction projects to assist with bidding and pricing, while supervising estimating operations and producing accurate estimates for multi-disciplinary Federal Government projects, including Bid-Build and Design-Build projects.
