7-10 years of commercial construction experience in a Project Management role
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline or relevant work experience
Experience running commercial projects in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life science environments
Strong technical ability including reading/interpreting drawings required
Experience with MS Office, Prolog, Primavera, etc
Actively participates in all preconstruction services and engineering sessions by reviewing Owner's expectations/criteria, coordinates with design team and owner and reviews design documents
Review and approve bid packages, schedules, and help create site utilization plan.
