- Verify the production of accurate monthly cost projections which forecast total estimated costs at completion
- Oversight of the creation and monitoring of Project Schedules and production of progress updates
- Bachelor's degrees in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. Applicants with relevant certifications or equivalent experience will also be considered

+ Lead Enterprise projects related to Renovations, Relocations, Dispositions, Closures & New Builds. **What You'll Need:**
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

As a Construction Facilities Project Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting various facility renovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a high sense of urgency which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $70 - 74.00 W2 per hour
What's the Job?
- Manage different aspects of a facility renovation project, ensuring quality and cost goals are met.
- Implement, administer, and control project documentation in both narrative and drawing form.
- Draft Scope of Work (SOW) and participate in design reviews to lead project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Foster a collaborative team management philosophy in all decision-making processes.
- BS in a related engineering discipline with 5 or more years of facilities and/or construction project management experience in plant or manufacturing environments.
- Experience in facility renovation, with the ability to work with minimal direction.
- Proven track record of managing diverse activities and demonstrating leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively across departments.
