Primary Responsibilities
- Support the planning and estimating stage of projects to ensure the most efficient, safe, and economical form systems are incorporated into the project design.

- Assists in coordination of material purchases, deliveries, tracking, and forecasting, ensuring maximum utilization of Ceco’s physical resources.
- Manages special projects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization.
- In the process of obtaining a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree.

Seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of commercial construction projects, from planning through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, coordinating resources, and maintaining communication with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction planning through to project closeout.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet milestones and goals.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to meet their expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout the project.
- Ensure all job sites comply with safety, quality control, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit reports, including cost estimates, progress updates, and project documentation.
- Proactively address and resolve issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
- Lead project meetings and manage stakeholder relationships to keep everyone aligned with project objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing commercial construction projects.
- Proven experience managing large-scale commercial projects from start to finish.
- Deep knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar tools).
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes and safety regulations.
