**The Role**
Our Manufacturing, logistics, Energy and utilities group is looking for Consulting Principal (Associate Director) to join our journey. We're looking for someone who is strong IT consultant in the **power generation (Utilities- Water/ Electricity) domain.**
We're looking for **Consulting Principal** who can deliver within Cognizant's Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence, which are: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. As a **Consulting Principal** (Associate Director level position) this means leading a team of Consultants through a client-facing engagement, managing escalations, and serving as a the owner of a workstream; maintaining expertise in your domain; meaningfully contributing to the sales process through a mix of RPI development, client presentations, financial modeling, pricing strategy, and flawless delivery; creating service offerings and/or client partner training materials; and contributing to People Care initiatives, recruiting, and mentoring. **Responsibilities**
+ Work with clients to establish a clear connection between business goals/strategies to capability development, and implementation to achieving desired business value.
+ Define product / platform strategies and solutions focused in Utilities domain
+ Understand the scope and define business requirements with the business stakeholders

**Qualifications**
+ The track record and experience to achieve the above, which includes ideally 12+ years of management consulting experience in the Utilities (Electric or water) domain, where at least 2 of those (though ideally 4+) have been technology (business or technical consultative) team lead experience
+ Has worked as an IT Analyst, IT Project Manager, IT Program Manager, IT Business Analysis or Product Management in the Utilities domain
+ Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
+ Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
+ Show proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
+ Have a proven track record of delivering successful consulting projects.

  • 10+ years of experience in hardware security architecture / engineering / validation / planning or related area

  • Demonstrated competency in application/product/software/hardware security

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to write clear and concise product security requirements

  • Ability to effectively assess risk from findings and threat models and identify proper risk mitigation controls

  • Ability to succeed individually or collaboratively, whether working internally or with external organizations and individuals

  • Experience working effectively in a large and distributed company

  • Basic knowledge of x86 and/or ARM server platform architecture

  • Knowledge of standard UEFI architecture and implementation

  • Knowledge of modern platform security technologies like TPM 2.0 and TCG SRTM/DRTM
