The Systems Analyst/Developer is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and improving our processes to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience, as well as supporting administrative systems by providing technical support, training, and guidance to departments and end-users. The position requires a strong understanding of PL-SQL, SQL, React, GraphQL, APIs, and similar technologies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:

Primary Responsibilities

• Systems Development & Integration: Collaborate with others to integrate, enhance, and maintain the Student Information System (SIS) and student portal using technologies such as GraphQL and React.

• Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to identify trends, ensure data integrity, and support data-driven decision-making. Provide actionable insights to improve SIS functionalities and student outcomes.

• GraphQL API Management: Develop and optimize GraphQL APIs to enhance system connectivity and improve application data processing and analytics.

• UI/UX Enhancements: Work on front-end development using React to improve the user interface, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience for both students and administrators.

• Process Improvement: Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies for improvement to optimize workflows and data management.

• Collaboration: Work closely with IT, academic, and administrative teams to ensure processes align with users' needs.

• Training & Documentation: Train staff and faculty on updates and improvements. Document new processes, workflows, and system changes.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws but may provide daily direction and assistance to student employees.

Minimum Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• Strong background in data analysis and understanding of databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

• Proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools.

• Proven experience working with GraphQL and React for system development and integration.

• Experience with student information systems (SIS) or similar enterprise-level systems is highly desirable.

• Ability to map and improve processes, driving efficiency and accuracy.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical personnel.

• Self-driven and able to learn with or without formal training.

**Job Summary**
This role requires close collaboration with maintenance, reliability, operations and IT departments to ensure the continued adoption and utilization of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) at ADM to help drive more planned and proactive maintenance.
The role has three primary responsibilities:
+ _Ensuring Master Data Integrity_ - Responsible for overseeing the implementation and compliance of master data requirements per the ADM Asset Management Standard for effective work management and the accurate reporting of the maintenance processes; identify where gaps exist, work with site-based and regional teams to close those gaps
+ _Reporting and Analytics_ - Prepare KPIs, reports, and develop and maintain process improvement metrics, while generating CMMS reports for management; analyze and contextualize the CMMS data to identify improvement opportunities in the work management process

**Essential Job Functions**

+ Utilizes Strategy to Maintain (Asset Tactics Development) to upload standardized PMs for plant assets
+ Ensure a consistent approach to the implementation and use master data in the CMMS
+ Troubleshoots data quality and integrity issues, create KPIs and assess their overall effectiveness
+ Track work orders, equipment costs and other transactional data in CMMS and provide insights to the maintenance and reliability teams
+ Provide training as needed to the Maintenance and Reliability teams in CMMS and other bolt-on CMMS tools
+ Research CMMS related issues for the Maintenance departments
+ Applies mass updates to PM's, PdM's, charts, queries and KPI's
+ Applies mass updates and governs maintenance master data for locations: location lists, asset records, equipment classifications etc.
+ Assists and provides guidance to ensure bill of materials are added to assets in the hierarchy
+ Develop and roll out global standards concerning CMMS systems
**Required Qualifications**
+ Tertiary education in a STEM field with 3+years maintenance planning and zero-based budgeting experience, **OR** 10-15 years or more in industrial maintenance planning and zero-based budgeting experience in lieu
+ Proven Maximo, SAP and/or JD Edwards experience as a superuser or CMMS implementation specialist
+ Prior experience as a Lead Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Planning Superintendent, or equivalent
+ Microsoft Excel, Word, and MS Projects experience
+ Proven ability to balance multiple tasks
+ Ability to produce professional and accurate work in a timely manner
+ Detail oriented, with strong organizational skills
+ Ability to be flexible and adjust priorities based on business objectives

+ Support the creation of detailed functional designs for reports, integrations, conversions, enhancements, forms, and/or workflows

Senior System Analyst - Service Delivery - Decatur, IL

This is an Exempt level position. Remote or Relocation to Erlanger, KY or Decatur, IL.

Position Summary:

The Service Delivery Organization is committed to business technology support, service management, risk management, and relationship management in support of all applications and infrastructure towers. As a member of the Service Delivery Organization, the Sr. System Analyst will work closely with the Service Delivery Leader, Technical Analysts, Business Users, and Application and Infrastructure support teams to develop, document and deliver process and systems solutions which enable ADM's strategy.

This role would progress to becoming subject matter expert on how the technology supports our business processes.

The successful candidate will have prior knowledge and experience in transportation management processes. Ideally will have experience with Mcleod, CICS and IMS systems in Order Processing, Trucking and Freight Accrual.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide deep functional expertise for applications & products supporting one or more process areas.

  • Provide input into system fit/gap analysis and design decisions.

  • Write detailed functional and provide input technical designs for business requests, partnering with business and development teams as needed.

  • Share knowledge of risks and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the respective process area.

  • Provide process and functional expertise, engaging technical teams as required to resolve escalated support issues.

  • Provide process and functional expertise and support for merger and acquisition efforts.

  • Provide regular and accurate status updates and other documentation to management and team members for assigned support and enhancement work.

Job Requirements:

  • Expected to work occasional weekends, holidays, overtime, or a variety of shifts, when needed, to meet deadlines

  • Ability and willingness to travel by auto and air as needed to achieve business objectives

  • Exhibits ability to work both in a geographically diverse team environment and independently

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Strong analytical, organization, time management, facilitation, and process management skills

  • Demonstrated high level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical information, ideas, procedures and processes.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization and cope with rapidly changing information

  • Ability to evaluate and negotiate priorities and adapt to new/evolving individual and team assignments as adjustments are needed

  • Knowledge of how current trends and technology can address identified business needs and capabilities a plus

  • Interact and deal effectively with all levels of employees while maintaining a professional manner

  • Maintains a positive work environment through teamwork & conflict resolution

  • Strong problem solving and communication skills

  • Familiarity with McLeod Powerbroker usage and navigation

  • Familiarity with IMS system usage and navigation

  • Bachelor's degree related to Information Systems, Business or other relevant academic discipline with a minimum 4 years job experience in IT or process area(s) preferred

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between:

$70,400.00 - $130,500.00
