The Compensation Analyst administers wage and salary administration and educates and trains management about compensation policies and programs while providing expert and accurate advice to staff and management. The Compensation Analyst determines pay grades, prepares job descriptions based on job responsibilities, participates in compensation surveys and provides wage and salary administration in accordance with AtlantiCare policy and DOL regulations. Shares best practices related to Performance Management across AtlantiCare Business Units. Provides recommendations concerning JCHAO requirements and HR's role in Survey Readiness. This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to team work and cooperation.
