**Roles & Responsibilities:**
+ Provides direction and counsel in all areas of human resources in support of plant operations.
+ Develops a positive working relationship with team members and contributes towards an engaging culture to facilitate change and reinforce company values.
+ Leads talent management programs, including performance review cycle tracking, individual development plans, and succession planning.
+ Oversees requisition, recruitment, interview and selection of non-exempt and exempt positions.

**Qualifications & Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related field required. Master's degree preferred.

+ Minimum of three years of Human Resources management experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
+ Experience and aptitude with HRIS required (Workday preferred)

JOB SUMMARY :
Under the direction of the VP of Human Resources, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for the support of a business unit. This position will reshape the way we interact with and motivate employees at the Company. This position will develop a focused approach to create an environment where every employee is inspired and supported to be their best self, both in and out of the office. Additionally, the HRBP will serve as a vital business partner with our leaders and their teams to ensure they are creating positive impact and navigating through every dynamic change as our organization evolves.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

Consults with internal stakeholders on strategic initiatives to ensure areas of the business supported are represented on change initiatives impacting people. Acts as the primary point of contact for assigned leadership and employees. Provides HR expertise and guidance to key stakeholders and partners, such as managers, employees and business partners.

Oversees the impact of change initiatives on employee morale; recommends and implements best employment practices and communication strategies to the senior leadership team; guides and coordinates operations in the execution of engagement strategies (for example, coordinates with other partners to conduct intervention visits in lowest scoring areas within the Company).

In conjunction with internal stakeholders, develops, manages and executes various communication plans to include delivering messaging to all levels in the organization, including reporting to drive awareness, evaluating programs and identifying trends that impact the business.

Acts as a bridge between assigned areas and the system by staying abreast of assigned areas specific concerns and building trust across all levels of the organization. Represents and reflect the Company vision and values with integrity and passion.

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor and partner to leadership, overseeing all aspects of HR operations including employee relations, leadership and management training, performance management, and the continued build-out and optimization of our HRIS (UKG). OBJECTIVES
- Serve as a strategic partner to department leaders, driving organizational development while fostering employee engagement, career growth, and retention across the employee lifecycle
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures
- Manage end-to-end benefits administration to evaluate, enhance, and communicate benefit offerings. Act as a key resource for employees navigating benefits-related questions and escalations, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve employee experience, cost-efficiency, and alignment with organizational values
- Drive learning and development initiatives including the creation and facilitation of leadership development, new manager training, and ongoing training programs across departments
- Build and implement Employee Maturity Models (EMMs) to support career development and progression across departments
- Own and lead the build-out, integration, and ongoing enhancement of the UKG system
- Facilitate performance management processes including 1:1s, mid-year and annual reviews, and the design of performance improvement plans when needed
- Guide leaders through complex HR scenarios including documentation, coaching, and, when appropriate, implementing performance improvement plans (PIPs) or other collaborative, development-focused interventions designed to support employee growth and success
- Align HR practices with business strategy to influence and support long-term planning, talent forecasting, and succession planning
- Develop, update, and support the implementation of HR policies to ensure alignment with employment laws and promote a fair, inclusive workplace culture
- Experience developing and facilitating training and development initiatives, including leadership coaching
- Robust working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance practices
- Hands-on experience executing all aspects of benefits administration, such as enrollments, compliance, employee support, and issue resolution Demonstrated success in handling complex employee relations cases with professionalism and discretion
- Extensive hands-on experience with UKG, including system configuration, customization, and optimizing functionality
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build trust and rapport at all organizational levels
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage HR budgets effectively and make data-driven decisions that align with business objectives
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including prior experience in a strategic HRBP role

Responsibilities Include:
- Work as part of a national human resources team, developing and leading strategy and communications specific to our employee programs, and providing HR support and guidance for Monte Nido leaders and team members in California and virtually.
• Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with program and regional leadership to provide HR guidance, advise on employee matters, and analyze employee and talent-related metrics.
• Lead and drive forward employee lifecycle and employee engagement programs to support the retention, development, engagement, and satisfaction of our employees while sustaining a safe, inclusive, and growth-oriented professional environment.
• Guide managers on recurring performance management processes, related to goal setting, feedback, assessment, corrective actions, promotions, and compensation and rewards.
• Provide guidance on staffing structures, workforce planning and workload modeling, succession planning and training and development needs for employees and management.
• Analyze data to identify trends and inform decision-making processes and understand and report on key HR metrics such as turnover, employee satisfaction, and engagement.
• Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, strategies, guidance, and resolutions.
• Partner with employees and management to communicate various human resources policies, programs, procedures, and regulations.
• Provides support and guidance to our HR Operations team, and the roll out of employee programs (e.g., performance management, compensation), and the Talent Acquisition team specific to the company’s recruitment and onboarding needs.
• Ensures compliance with training and related requirements as determined by the company, federal, state, and local licensing and regulatory bodies, including The Joint Commission.
• Prepare for Department of Mental Health, State, and Joint Commission surveys by auditing personnel files, tracking training, and working with managers and employees to remedy any missing documentation or other gaps.
• Applies advanced knowledge HR policies and practices in California, including labor laws, wage and hour laws, overtime, meal and rest periods, sick leave, safety standards, and minimum wage requirements. Stay informed on changes to state and federal laws affecting policies and procedures.
• Work with Learning & Development to assist in the design, implementation, and facilitation of training programs aimed at improving employee performance, enhancing skills, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Complies with federal, state, and local law and healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA, etc.) and laws and according to Company guidelines. Provides guidance on these rules to managers and employees in collaboration with the Company’s Legal and Compliance teams.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a human resources, business, or related field and minimum five years' experience in human resources or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Multistate HR healthcare experience strongly preferred – Arizona experience required.
• SHRM-CP, SPHR, or PHR preferred
• This role is in-person as needed in our treatment programs/facilities, primarily located in Arizona, but will also require regular travel to our programs to Texas, Missouri, and Illinois.
