Job Description
Weatherford is seeking a skilled and experienced Production Automation-Field Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance across our operations. You will work closely with our field teams, providing guidance and oversight to ensure that all activities are carried out ethically and in accordance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Provide testing, repairs, and routine servicing on equipment in the shop and the field. In addition, help generate business to increase revenues through sales of Weatherford products and services.
+ Perform on-site installation of Weatherford Variable Speed Drives and Rod Pump Controllers
+ Trouble shoot and repair Weatherford Variable Speed Drives and Rod Pump Controllers
+ Knowledge and operation of a multi-meter for voltage, current and resistance measurement
+ Solve technical problems with minimal support.
+ Able to work alone, in remote locations with little to no supervision or assistance
+ Represent as a field contact for the customer, interacts with the customer with integrity, and with a professional appearance and attitude - develop and maintain customer relations
+ Complete service reports and field tickets in a timely and accurate manner
+ Accurately maintain field truck inventory
+ Know and understand Weatherford's Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical
+ Must understand and comply with all Weatherford policies and safety rules
+ Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level
+ Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job

The Asset Protection Specialist is primarily responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud and supporting safety and environmental program compliance in their assigned store/multiple stores. They utilize tools to minimize loss to the Company, including but not limited to identifying incidents of theft and fraud, reviewing CCTV and exception reports, monitoring the store's physical security, auditing the Electronic Article Surveillance and driving a shrink elimination culture in the store. Other responsibilities include: preparing accurate and detailed case reports documenting your apprehensions and recoveries, preserving evidence, interacting with law enforcement and testifying in criminal and civil court actions. **Your Responsibilities**
You are a TruGreen ambassador, responsible for creating positive relationships between our customers and our products. You help our customers live life outside.
Responsibilities include:
+ Administer timely lawn applications
+ Diagnose and correct customer problems through service calls and other communications
