Description

Sign Production Specialist

Under general direction, this position is responsible for all aspects of the physical production of signs. Sign assembly includes preparing substrates and using the proper machines and techniques to construct products according to written instructions.

Core Responsibilities
  • Follow a layout to place computer cut vinyl or full color graphic image(s) on a predetermined substrate or medium.
  • Prepare substrates for vinyl application. This may include cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning and maintaining the substrates for vinyl application.
  • Weed excess vinyl from computer cut images. Weeding techniques vary with size, type of vinyl and complexity of image.
  • Operate and maintain printer(s).
  • Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-production by accurately reading and interpreting a Work Order and then proofing for errors or unacceptable standards.
  • Perform finishing operations such as laminating, encapsulating, and/or mounting of printed pieces.
  • Perform installations at customer locations or other off-site locations as necessary.
  • Communicate with other employees and customers in a calm and professional manner.
  • Report inventory levels and stock to be reordered to the center manager/production manager or franchisee.
  • Help unload and store raw materials; clean and maintain storage areas.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs when necessary.
  • Serve as back up for graphic designer as necessary.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.
  • Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back and forth hand motion to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrate.
  • Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high quality work.
  • Ability to use light power equipment.

As Infinity Home Service's Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees in a multi-location, multi-state environment. This role will be required to maintain accurate payroll records, ensure data integrity, and provide outstanding service to employees and leaders.

As an essential part of the Human Resources team and reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations (federal, state, and local).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process multi-state, multi-cycle payrolls using Paycor (salaried, hourly, bonus/commission payments, prevailing wages, and piecework wages)
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for approximately 1000 employees in the United States
  • Validate employee data for accuracy: new hires, terminations, pay rate changes, deductions, and status updates
  • Issue off-cycle payments when necessary and within company guidelines (terminations, missed payments, direct deposit re-issue, etc.)
  • Review and respond to all garnishment requests and ensure accurate processing by our payroll vendor Paycor
  • Prepare and support internal and external payroll audits through payroll processing lifecycle
  • Support and partner with local leaders and payroll owners to answer questions, ensure compliance, and create an efficient payroll processing experience
  • Other responsibilities or duties as required

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years of payroll experience, preferably with a multi-state, multi-site organization
  • Experience with payroll/HRIS systems (Paycor preferred)
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to analyze and identify discrepancies and resolve payroll-related issues promptly and accurately.
  • Basic understanding of FLSA, federal and state wage and hour laws, and payroll tax regulations
  • Demonstrates a proactive, research-oriented attitude with a strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work across multiple entities with varied payroll cycles

Your role and responsibilities:

In this role you will be responsible for managing pricing data and support, in Motion - Drive Products in the USA, ensuring accurate data management and input to allow our systems to operate appropriately.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Execute pricing and margin analysis of discount and long term agreement requests, and manage special pricing request from customers according to provided guidelines.
  • Monitor and execute proper flow of one-time quote requests from customers and sales team.
  • Manage proper blanket agreement documentation management within SharePoint.
  • Track opportunities won, lost and pending to allow for optimized win / loss reporting.
  • Enable and support the pricing and sales teams to make strategic pricing decisions for project opportunities and long-term agreements, and support product and customer master data for accurate order management flow in the ERP.
  • Monitor process compliance surrounding Pricing and Quotations Team activities in alignment with audit requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in transactional processes.

Qualifications for the role:

  • 5+ years of experience in a previous pricing capacity at a manufacturing company
  • Experience working with and pricing Variable Frequency Drives Experience with Distribution / 3rd Party Channel Partner Pricing Models and Channels
  • Intermediate Knowledge of SAP, Power BI and Excel
  • Strong communication skills with external customers
  • Sharp analytical skills and process-driven with the ability to creatively solve business problems independently.
  • Highly organized with a focus on speed, accuracy, and continuous process improvement.
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
