Position Objective: Provide Army human resource subject matter support to the Installation Military Personnel Division (MPD) in support of the Personnel Services Delivery Redesign (PSDR) program.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide Military Human Resources Support (MHRS) commonly referred to as "Personnel Services Delivery Redesign" to all supported and tenant units at the installations.

As the VP of Technology Services and Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in aligning strategic initiatives and driving technical delivery excellence within the Engineering Services and Delivery organization. Reporting directly to the SVP, you will provide strategic support, project leadership, and serve as a trusted advisor, while also overseeing key functions typically associated with such a role.

Required:

• Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field of study.

Master Degree in Engineering or Business Administration is a plus.

• Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in technology organizations, with a strong background in Integrated application / solution implementation, delivery and O&M using a combination COTS, SaaS and custom application, solution strategy optimizing teams, tools, processes to meet and exceed client satisfaction.

• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge and expertise across digital technologies and services with emphasis on enterprise wide business solutions, cloud services and capabilities and engineering practices with a strong understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends such as AI/ML and data sciences.

- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. Work you'll do
+ Manage client relationships and providing consultative services while exceeding expectations.
+ Identify engagement opportunities and coordinate with engagement leadership to deliver the breadth of Global Employer Services to the client.
+ Supervise the daily operations of your engagement teams and their delivery of compliance and consulting services.
+ Sign individual income tax returns for executives and high net worth clients
+ Collaborate with client engagement leaders to address budgeting, billing, management, and engagement team deployment.
+ Be responsible for the development and motivation of the engagement team.
The Team
At Deloitte Tax LLP, our Global Employer Services tax professionals assist our international clients in managing employer and individual income tax obligations for their mobile employees working abroad and inbound which includes but not limited to reviewing and signing income tax returns and reviewing cost projections. In addition to managing compliance, the practice consults clients to develop international assignment programs and policies and to minimize tax obligations through the use of effective tax planning. Qualifications
Required
+ Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2 - 3 days per week
+ 5+ years of experience in global mobility compliance or personal income tax and compliance- specifically HNW tax compliance and planning
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ One of the following active accreditations obtained:
+ Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA
+ If not CPA eligible, one of the other designations listed below based on role requirements and business approval:
+ Licensed Attorney
+ Enrolled Agent
+ Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR)
+ Certified Equity Professional (CEP)
+ Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS)

Preferred
+ Master's degree or equivalent in a related field

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $103,320 to $235,170.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
