Job Description
Were seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead a high-visibility initiative for a major cruise line based in Florida. This role requires a proven leader who has successfully managed reservation system implementations , ideally with Seaware by Versonix , and has prior experience in the cruise industry .
Youll be responsible for overseeing multiple integration tracks, managing vendors, communicating project status to stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution across programs. Youll have support from 2 Project Managers but will ultimately own the overall delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end program execution for cruise line reservation systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to gather requirements and monitor deliverables.
- Coordinate and manage multiple project tracks simultaneously.
- Provide consistent and clear status reporting to leadership.
- Lead program planning, risk management, issue resolution, and quality control activities.
- Work closely with vendors such as Versonix (Seaware) to ensure alignment and delivery.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-level program management experience.
- Hands-on experience implementing reservation systems ideally Seaware (Versonix) .
- Strong background in the cruise industry companies like Norwegian Cruise Line, Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Princess, Virgin Voyages, Holland America, Celebrity, Oceania , etc.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-vendor environment.
Nice-to-Have
- PMP or other project management certifications.
- Experience with enterprise integration and software development lifecycle.
- Technical background or familiarity with cruise operations systems.
