As our Customer Relationship Specialist, you'll help leaders troubleshoot challenges, link them to volunteer mentors, and make sure they feel seen, supported, and part of the larger movement. Your efforts will directly influence troop retention-and by extension, the experience girls have as they begin their journey in Girl Scouting.

As our Customer Relationship Specialist, you'll work within Salesforce to document contacts, resolve questions, and verify troop data every day. You'll also help with renewal registrations, monitor support case queues, and collaborate with departments like Community Programs, Member Care & Volunteer Training, Girl Experience and Product Sales to route needs and share information.
