**Requirements:**

SEGA's newly formed Marketing Strategy team leads KPI setting, measurement, and campaign analysis across SEGA West's PC & Console titles. Analyzing a wealth of data, this team works to determine the impact of our marketing approach on the sales funnel across first party and D2C sales platforms.
The data analyst role is responsible for working with product marketing counterparts to set KPIs, establish measurement methodology, and analyze the performance of ongoing marketing campaigns providing strategic recommendations for optimizations across the marketing mix. This role will be an expert in brand lift studies, attribution, and analysis of the full marketing funnel with a proven track record in analysis of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is data-obsessed and has solid experience using large datasets to create insightful reports and drive strategies that improve the impact of our marketing campaigns.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Together with Brand Marketing, Media and CRM teams create strategies and measure success of campaigns, channels and customer segments performance, to help drive performance and campaign efficiency
- Develop KPIs, benchmarks, and measurement to track the ongoing performance of our marketing campaigns in real-time
- Leverage campaign performance data to identify ways to optimize marketing spend
- Quantify the effects of community social media engagement and earned/owned media coverage on game sales KPIs

The Single-Use Technologies Division is growing quickly, with technologies used in development, clinical, and commercial drug manufacturing.
Lead the global Market & Strategy function for the SUD Division, collaborating across teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Drive strategy execution, strategic marketing and communications activity for the Division
+ Support the division's ambitious growth targets, in a multifaceted and evolving market
+ Lead the team, driving collaboration with Commercial, R&D, Field applications and other functions to ensure achievement of growth and targets.
+ Lead and build a strong team of strategy and marketing professionals, through direct and matrix reporting, project managers.
+ Drive cross-functional and cross-business teamwork to achieve business results. Build and facilitate internal communication plan to align all functions across the Division key initiatives for growth.
+ Demonstrate and champion core authentic leadership behaviors. Promote diversity.
+ Apply the PPI systems and business processes to achieve results.
**Qualifications:**
+ Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant course of study. MBA and/or additional advanced degree or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.
+ Minimum of 10 years experience in Strategy, Marketing or Product Management roles
+ Experience with developing and deploying strategy
+ Experience with equipment & consumables in bioproduction preferred
+ Strong background in getting results with high importance!
+ Ability to develop and implement strategy. Able to perform against robust growth target, considering various metrics and data inputs.
+ Strong talent management and people development skills.
+ Ability to work across a heavily matrixed environment. Effective at interpersonal relationships.

**Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Technical SEO, UI/UX Design, SEM/GA360, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud.:**
Pay Range: $116,100.00 - $214,700.00 per year
