**Role Description**
+ Partner with SHI and Stratascale sales teams supporting all aspects of sales opportunity strategy and execution including participating in client meetings, engaging internal support resources, defining solution sets/services and driving sales process via our alignment proposals.
+ Expert knowledge of partner ecosystem and our core offerings including architectural advice, licensing strategies, operational insights and competitive analysis
+ Engage with sales and technical teams to initiate services sales cycle, develop and qualify opportunities, and help close open pipeline
+ Serve as client facing subject matter expert on Stratascale's capabilities to help clients deploy and adopt technology

Security Lab Manager will be responsible to establish, manage and lead the team responsible for developing and executing automated security tests , penetration tests, new technologies investigation, and product security certification aligned with various requirements and regulations. The manager will be responsible for the lab startup activities, including systems, infrastructure and resources.

In a typical day as a Manager Ops Cyber Lab, you would.

  • Provides direct and ongoing leadership for a team of individual contributors designing and developing security tests, enhancements and updates. and coordinating projects for systems software, including operating systems, compliers, networking, utilities, databases, and Internet-related tools.
  • Manages headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple ongoing projects, ensuring that resources are appropriately allocated and that goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets are met in accordance with program and organizational roadmaps.
  • Communicates project status and escalates issues to direct managers, program managers, and internal and external development partners.
  • Manages relationships with outsourced partners and suppliers, global security teams and R&D team, including setting expectations regarding requirements, deliverables, schedules, and costs; ensures that team members are effectively communicating and collaborating with outsourced resources.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement and cost reductions opportunities.
  • Provides people-care management for assigned team members, including hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development; ensures that proper knowledge and career development tools are in place to support ongoing team member and process development.
  • Manage laboratory resources, systems and infrastructure to support lab activities.

What you need to bring:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent

The pay range for this position is $146,501 - $264,700 with **anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range** and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Collins Aerospace has an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Software/Cybersecurity Engineer** . We are looking for a strong, passionate problem-solver with an action-oriented, collaborative mindset who strives to exceed expectations.
In this role, you will be responsible for protecting the deliverable airborne control systems products through the performance of security risk analysis and inclusion of required cybersecurity functions as well as performing security testing and supporting certification activities and compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with the product development teams to support software and electronics program development and support activities throughout the product development lifecycle. This will include working with the organization to embrace Product Security and ensure readiness for future program requirements while receiving mentorship from the wider program teams.
This position will be at our **Aguadilla, PR** location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.
This role is categorized as **hybrid** , with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.

**Responsibilities**
**What are we looking for?**
The OCI Core Services organization is looking for a Senior Principal Security Engineer that will be the technical security leader for OCI's foundational components. You will advise our engineering organizations on secure design, threat modeling, and security architecture of new features; establish security guardrails; design new internal security processes and tooling; and partner closely with product, engineering, and operations organizations to embed security at every layer of our global cloud platform. You will clearly communicate your ideas to senior executive leadership. Your vision will help shape the future of OCI.
This is a full-time role based with room to be remote for the right candidate.
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent).
+ 10+ years of hands-on security engineering experience.
+ Experience working in a large ISP or cloud provider environment.
+ Deep expertise in one or more areas: hypervisor security, network security (SDN, firewalls, zero-trust), or data encryption and integrity.
+ Proficient in threat modeling and conducting secure design reviews of complex systems.
+ Prior coding background (e.g. Java, Go, C/C++, Python), preferably with experience building and deploying security automation tools and libraries.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Prior role as a Principal or Senior Principal Security Engineer at a major cloud provider (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP).
+ Hands-on experience building OCI or AWS services.
+ Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform/Ansible), and embedding security checks in build/test workflows.
+ Demonstrated track record of collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver secure cloud services at Internet scale.
+ Experience deploying security services within a major cloud provider.
+ Experience with using formalized threat modeling frameworks (e.g. STRIDE, PASTA) in large organizations.
+ Expert level knowledge of the following network protocols: IPv4, IPv6, TCP, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, RSVP-TE, VxLAN, EVPN, DNS, and DHCP
+ Experience in GPU/RDMA network environments, High Performance Compute (HPC), or InfiniBand technologies
+ Experience with network monitoring and telemetry solutions, network configuration management, linux systems administration
+ Experience leading security-related technical troubleshooting calls and performing post-mortem analysis
