The Cybersecurity Platform Engineering team is the convergence between systems administration and cybersecurity to provide consistently reliable and available security platforms, while improving the operational efficiency and detection capabilities of cybersecurity operations through integrations, automation, and continuous improvement. The estimated annual pay range for this position is $210,000 - $300,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. Collins Aerospace has an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Software/Cybersecurity Engineer** . We are looking for a strong, passionate problem-solver with an action-oriented, collaborative mindset who strives to exceed expectations.
In this role, you will be responsible for protecting the deliverable airborne control systems products through the performance of security risk analysis and inclusion of required cybersecurity functions as well as performing security testing and supporting certification activities and compliance with industry standards. + Prior experience leveraging/configuring XSOAR solutions towards event and incident remediation in DLP.
+ Prior exposure and usage of GCP-native security controls.
+ Proficient with query development and understanding of SIEM solutions.
+ Solid understanding of Zero Trust principles and best practices relating to the data pillar.
+ Demonstrated Information Security understanding and specifically industry best practices for the development of data protection processes.
+ One or more Information Security Certifications preferred: CISSP, CSSLP, CISM, CCSP, GSLC, GSEC, CISA, SSCP or similar
+ Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience

**Job Summary**
The ASG Presales Solutions Architect- Security at SHI International is responsible for being SHI's Subject Matter Expert on Data Protection which includes Data Governance, Classification, Management, and Protection. This includes the ability to build a Data Protection Program and clear understanding of how to operationalize the capabilities needed to make it successful. The Solutions Architect builds strong client relationships, provides thought leadership on technology trends, and oversees technology evaluations while staying current with new technologies and frameworks.
Role Description
- Drive revenue growth within the professional services team by identifying new opportunities and optimizing service offerings.
- Collaborate with SHI Stakeholder partner teams to create synergistic service solutions.
- Engage with SHI sales teams, including front-line sellers and customer success managers, to ensure a unified approach to service delivery and client engagement.
- Contribute to practice development by identifying areas for growth, leading innovation initiatives, and creating and maintaining practice standards to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Provide guidance on developing and implementing data governance policies and standards to ensure the security, quality, and proper handling of organizational data.
- Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge.
- Oversee and facilitate the evaluation and selection of hardware and software technology and product standards, and provide relevant technology/architecture recommendations.
- Stay current with new technologies and frameworks, drive the retirement of legacy solutions/technologies, and recommend adopting new partners or solution components.
- Provide guidance and expertise in the following:
+ Develop and implement data governance policies + standards to ensure the security, quality, and proper handling of organizational data.
+ Achieve data accuracy, classification, and protection in alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $80,000 - 250,000 which includes a (compensation structure). The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
