As a Business Intelligence Analyst , you will be responsible for conducting a full life cycle analysis on workflow and data to contribute to long-term company growth. You will work heavily with our databases and applications. You will monitor performance and quality control plans to identify efficiencies and areas for improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Provide managers across departments with business intelligence reports and other actionable data to help drive informed business decisions
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Manage different databases and ensure data is recorded and stored accurately
- Work with Tableau, Excel, and other data analysis tools to aggregate data, compile statistics, create models and produce other data visualizations
- Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
