Role SummaryRivian is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Finance team to expand its data analytics and financial reporting capabilities. This role will partner with Finance & Accounting and the Enterprise Data & Analytics teams to bring visibility and reporting to help our Finance organization stay informed and make better decisions. You will leverage your interest in finance, technical skills, and passion for data automation to enhance storytelling about our company's performance and cost efficiencies for Finance leadership. Responsibilities- Data Reporting and Analytics

- At least 7-10 years of progressive experience in data analytics, consulting, or financial services; a strong background in banking and regulatory compliance implementations is desired.
- Proven track record in managing complex data projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience in working with large datasets, data warehousing, and advanced analytics tools.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise data warehouse and data lake implementations
- 5+ years of external client consulting experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building automated ETL/ELT or data integration processes utilizing multiple source systems

+ Works with different teams, management and stakeholders to enhance the usability and aesthetic appeal of data analytics solutions deployed in the organization.
+ Translates business needs to technical specifications and evaluates existing data visualization systems in order to improve them.
+ Develops data visualizations of "large" amounts of data that facilitate the intuitive presentation of data to decision makers.
