Position Title: BI Specialist - Marketing Analytics and Member Insights
Position Summary:
The Business Intelligence Specialist will be responsible for identifying business intelligence, member intelligence, reporting, data-driven story telling and data analysis needs for the Marketing team. They will work closely with internal stakeholders to turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Marketing & Member Insights : Analyze marketing/member data to inform and support decision-making for marketing and other business areas.
- Reporting Services : Develop and deploy reports to Power BI Service, other BI tools. Maintain folder level security based on active directory groups. High level summary and self-service reporting and dashboards. Reporting against multiple data warehouses, source systems (SQL Server and Oracle), and SSAS database in multidimensional mode and Power BI mode.
- Analysis Services : Design and implement multidimensional mode database, statistical analysis, regression model and Power BI mode data model including stand alone and through SharePoint.
- Providing regular updates to key business partners through Power BI/ Tableau dashboards, combining data from various databases and creating clear reports that allow business partners to communicate the Member story.
- Identifying and elevating Member feedback to drive actionable results through analysis of survey data and text analytics.
- Analysis of large data sets, turning numbers into key learnings, recommendations, and business actions.
- Develop executive-level reporting dashboards and presentations to communicate performance metrics, trends, and risks.
- Work with cross-functional leadership within Marketing and outside, in providing member insights.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and new analytical methods to continuously improve marketing analytics processes.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and influence senior leadership.
Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Licensure, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in computer science, operations research, statistics, applied mathematics or related quantitative discipline, or equivalent years of experience.
- Master's degree preferred in STEM.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of T-SQL and ANSI SQL stored procedures with multiple parameters.
- Strong knowledge in advanced data science and machine learning tools and methods, including the iterative development of analysis pipelines to provide insights at scale.
- Strong knowledge and experience in conducting end-to end analyses, including data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, and presentations.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Competent with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio).
- Strong statistical analysis/mathematics background.
- Python and R knowledge for scripting preferred.
- Attention to detail, ability to do data integrity and validation and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to Identifies, researches, and resolves the technical problems.
- Able to build strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and within teams.

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the implementation and execution of the EWS analytics and business intelligence strategy. Individual will do this by working to create solutions that empower Evolution's core operations to make data-driven decisions using new and existing information and technologies. This position will be responsible for aspects of the architecture, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of dashboards or other reporting tools as well as certain data capture platforms.

Job Summary
As an integral member of the Analytics Team, the Lead Technical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst is responsible for individually contributing to and leading teams in the provision of technical expertise in one or more analytics toolsets to support the creation of information-based, business intelligence deliverables that will be relied upon by organizational leaders to support critical business decisions. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead, advise and support fellow members of the Analytics Team as well as individual analytics efforts across the System through expertise with technical business intelligence tools, concepts, processes and techniques.
- Serve as expert-level, technical advisor and mentor to others offering high level support, mentorship, education and training.
- Ongoing interactions with subject matter domain experts within the organization to enhance knowledge of business, clinical and administrative processes and applications utilized by the various clients.

Job Summary
As an integral member of the Analytics Team, the Senior Technical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst is responsible for providing advanced technical expertise in one or more analytics toolsets to support the creation of information-based, business intelligence deliverables that will be relied upon by organizational leaders to support critical business decisions. The Senior Technical BI Analyst will work with customers from clinical, administrative and/or operational areas across the System to provide advanced analytical tools that drive insights, complex data extracts and data integration, reports and/or advanced dashboard visualizations to facilitate discovery of insights, new opportunities, support data-informed decision-making for identified challenges as well as develop new and enhance existing metrics to analyze ongoing performance metrics. This position may be tasked to become competent in specific business areas or functional units to support transformation of data and information into actionable insights that answer complex business questions. The Senior Technical BI Analyst will work with customers to understand and define the problems being solved, facilitate procurement and integration of the disparate data sources necessary to analyze the needs appropriately, deliver relevant analytics tools to meet customers objectives and implement and support the solutions for ongoing utilization. This role will also troubleshoot complex technical problems and serve in a senior technical advisory role to other BI, Specialized BI and Technical BI Analysts as well as others across the Systems Analytics Community.
