Purpose:
The Associate Director, Statistical Programming leads the whole stat programming team within CDOR (Clinical Data Operation and Reporting) in OED (Oncology Early Development) clinical development organization.The stat programming team performs statistical programming and analysis oversight for OED all clinical projects conducted by CROs. Pharmaceutical experience with clinical trials, including familiarity with expectations of regulatory agencies, especially FDA and EMEA. NDA/BLA or other regulatory filing experience, including ISS or ISE experience. Thorough understanding of ICH Guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements. A minimum of 2 yrs management experience required, 2-5 years preferred.

Data Science and Analytics is a centralized team in the technology organization responsible for supporting analytics, reporting, and machine learning capabilities for Roofstock. About the Role
We are looking for a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Data Science and Analytics team at Roofstock. This role will be responsible for supporting reporting and analytics projects across our entire business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize our business performance. You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines and providing recommendations to support decision-making.

About the Role
The primary purpose of the role is to support the Americas Luxury Division Leadership Team decision making and the delivery of long-term strategic objectives through the design, development, communication and adoption of reliable data & analytics.
Key Responsibilities
+ Operational & thought leadership of data & analytics function. Translate data strategies into business, user and consumer value
+ Proactively identify & prioritize high-value analytics-driven initiatives that align with the Americas long term strategic initiatives and that which will maximize impact and value creation. The first wave of projects will be focused on account segmentation and sales enablement.
+ Provide ongoing decision support to the Americas Luxury Leadership Team through data-driven insights, including - where appropriate - regular reporting of key metrics / business performance indicators
+ Responsible for designing and developing highly effective and utilized reporting that transforms the level of insights we use to inform decision making
+ Be the lead for Project Helix, partnering with business stakeholders to discover, identify, develop and implement data related opportunities which will maximize impact and value creation. Engage the Project Helix team to implement or ingest data as required
+ Build and maintain deep understanding of relevant data sources, and where required, drive improvement in the collection, cleaning, storage and reporting of this data
+ Enhance the user experience at all levels of the Americas business in finding, interpreting, interrogating, and embedding insights into routine decision making and forums. Enable the development and tracking of targets and informing their next steps for performance uplift and optimization of processes
About you
+ You have strong systems-thinking capabilities, including analysis, logic, and visualization - including building the link between data and actionable insight that is actively used by decision makers
+ You understand both broader business drivers as well as the end-to-end value chain, including cause/effect and inter-dependence of processes and data. Wine industry experience is advantageous
+ You can prepare effective presentations and reports, facilitate meetings, workshops and strong skills in negotiation and consultation
+ You understand Advanced Analytics is highly desirable
+ You understand Digital marketing, Ecommerce, Customer/Consumer & Product Insights is desirable
+ You have prior experience mentoring and upskilling fellow analysts
+ You have prior experience working on data transformation projects and initiatives is desirable
+ You have prior experience with applicable technologies:

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $161,000 to $191,000 per year and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of our Napa location. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range.
