The Data Privacy Compliance team works closely with our Legal counterparts, business and engineering stakeholders to ensure compliance with current/developing rules and regulations, implement global training and communication programs and monitor privacy risk across the business. Our team also leads privacy product reviews and Data Privacy Impact Assessments, manages responses to data subject rights requests, drafts internal policies and coordinates regional privacy-related regulatory filings.

**We'll Trust You To:**
- Support the implementation of the Privacy Program, ensuring Bloomberg meets its legal, regulatory, and reputational responsibilities
- Support, and at times lead the team, on specific regulatory Compliance projects /initiatives for privacy, for example, the mapping of applicable regulatory obligations to risks, controls, controls testing and policy documents
- Provide strong subject matter expertise to the privacy program, including being the lead for certain program pillars;
- Support the team in partnering with the business and support functions to conduct analyses of the key personal data processing of their areas, including documentation of data flows, processes and procedures;
- Provide expert knowledge on identification of risks and controls to address privacy requirements and translate them into guidelines to improve business compliance;
- Collaborate with the Privacy Legal team to translate legal requirements into privacy program deliverables and processes;
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for privacy compliance processes in support of our privacy strategy;
- Develop and leverage key performance indicators to track, manage, measure and report on metrics across the organization related to key privacy and compliance trends; and
- Implement appropriate data privacy compliance controls and tools, including working with compliance technology support and other internal functions to make improvements to systems and workflows and address any gaps identified.
**You'll need to have:**
- Minimum 7 years of data privacy Compliance and/or legal experience in-house, at a privacy regulator, a law firm, and/or in the government;
- Substantial subject matter expertise in data privacy laws, rules, regulations, and industry standards, including sound working knowledge of EU GDPR and US state privacy laws as well as expertise in managing privacy risk and compliance;
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in identifying, assessing and calling out risk (across different functions and levels of the business);
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment in cross-functional teams, prioritize and meet deadlines;
- An ability to advise and influence senior business people on data privacy matters;
- Strong stakeholder management experience and skills to collaborate effectively with security and risk professionals, engineers, software developers, product development, Human Resources, and other teams;
- Strong communication skills and belief in the effective management of privacy as a key business differentiator and core value;
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills and the ability to thrive in an open office environment and as part of a fast-paced team; and
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

KLA is seeking a highly motivated and detailed Compliance Specialist to join our Ethics & Legal Compliance team within the Legal & Compliance Organization. The Compliance Specialist will play a key role in supporting KLA's global compliance program, with a focus on anti-corruption, conflicts-of-interest, and third-party compliance efforts. The role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment to ensure sound risk management and global regulatory alignment. Key Responsibilities:-
General
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of KLA's global compliance program; lead and track compliance-related projects.
Policy Administration:
Be a project manager for policy administration across KLA. Maintain and evolve compliance-related policies, particularly around anti-bribery, gifts & entertainment, conflicts of interest, and third-party engagement. Prior experience with digital tools such as the NAVEX suite, including PolicyTech, and building O365 SharePoint sites is strongly preferred.
Third-Party Due Diligence & Management:
Lead end-to-end due diligence and risk assessments for third parties (involving state-owned enterprises or higher-risk jurisdictions), ensuring appropriate onboarding, renewal, and escalation processes are followed in accordance with anti-corruption laws and KLA policies.
Conflicts of Interest:
Administer and enhance the KLA conflicts of interest process, including disclosure reviews, mitigation planning, and employee training in partnership with HR and business units.
Metrics and Reporting:
Develop and lead dashboards and reporting tools to track compliance activities, identify trends, and report key insights to senior leaders and governance committees. Working experience with Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, or other data analytics and/or visualization tools is a plus.
Cross-Functional Partnership:
Serve as a compliance advisor to business collaborators and work with Legal, HR, Procurement, Finance, and other key departments to support a culture of compliance.
Internal Audit Collaboration:
Work closely with Internal Audit to align on risk assessment priorities, share findings related to anti-corruption and third-party risk, and support audit readiness and remediation efforts.
Regulatory Monitoring:
Stay informed of legal and regulatory developments impacting anti-corruption and third-party risk, and recommend enhancements to policies and procedures as needed.

Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years of relevant experience or equivalent.
- Equivalent is defined as nine years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the insurance industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in compliance software and tools, including tools used for ISO reporting and Medicare reporting.
- Must perform work with speed and accuracy without immediate and constant supervision.
- Must exercise good judgment in recognizing scope of authority and protecting confidential information.

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree required
+ **10+ years of experience managing complex privacy incidents, with at least 5 years in a management role is required**
+ Deep knowledge of healthcare privacy regulations, including HIPAA and state and federal privacy laws
+ Experience developing controls, procedures, metrics, and reporting for managing an effective Enterprise Incident Response program
+ Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop incident response teams in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to work collaboratively and foster strong relationships in a large, matrixed organization
+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
+ CIPP/US, CIPM, CHPC or similar certifications are highly desirable

**Responsibilities**
+ Lead and manage the enterprise incident response team, ensuring timely and thorough investigation of privacy and cybersecurity incidents
+ Develop and maintain incident response protocols, standards, and escalation procedures, in alignment with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, state and federal privacy laws, data use regulations, and breach notification laws
