The Data Verification Specialist is responsible for accurately reviewing, validating, and/or completing data entry of required data fields from predefined handwritten citation forms, hearing requests, evidence, other correspondence and documents, pictures, and videos.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Accesses and utilizes customized data verification applications to review a visual representation of a scanned document, picture, and/or video on a workstation monitor and quickly review, validate, enter, or correct the information presented before moving on to the next record.
  • Possesses fast, accurate keyboarding skills (general typing and data entry) with the ability to complete 10,000 keystrokes per hour. (A keystroke is an individual letter, number, space, or another character).

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team under our Payroll/HCM Practice for an ADP WFN SME who can support with data validation and dual maintenance during the implementation.

Responsibilities:
Data Validation
The process of confirming the data loaded into Client's ADP WFN system against Client's legacy vendor system, to confirm all data has been migrated accurately to ADP WFN.
  • Consultant will provide payroll and system expertise in support of data validation phase of implementation.
  • Consultant will aid Client in auditing all masterfile data, aligning with implementation project timeline.
  • o Clients with more than 800 employees may be validated using a sample group of employees across departments, positions, pay groups, FLSA status, etc. (to be determined by Client)
  • Consultant will identify missing/incorrect data from audit findings, and communicate it to Client and ADP for resolution.
  • Consultant will assist in minor data corrections (up to 5% of audit findings).
    • Additional data correction may require an additional Sales Order. The applicable rate will be based on the volume of changes, and may require further scoping to determine fees.
  • Consultant will deliver project updates and results of masterfile data audit to Client, including status, variances, and recommendations. The frequency of updates and format of deliverable will be determined with Client upon launch of project.
  • Service Delineations:
  • The masterfile data migration to Client's ADP WFN is a prerequisite to the masterfile data validation Service and is not part of this Service.
  • Validation of masterfile data only, including current active/terminated employees.
  • Historical data validation is excluded from scope.
  • Pricing is based on one validation of master file load to Client's Workforce Now system.
  • LaunchPad within WFN to be utilized for data exchange with Clients.
Dual Maintenance
  • Maintaining Client's ADP WFN system in sync with Client's legacy vendor system from the initial ADP WFN masterfile data load until Client's first payroll processing with ADP.
  • Consultant will coordinate with Client personnel to define data flow, cycle deadlines and communication requirements.
  • Consultant will provide data entry support and Client training on the WFN system, to keep legacy and WFN systems in sync during parallel payroll testing.
  • Service Delineations:
  • The masterfile data migration to Client's ADP WFN system is a prerequisite to the dual maintenance Service and is not part of such Service
  • Test scenario data (fictional) is not included in scope of Services
  • Data input to be provided weekly or bi-weekly, in a timely, consistent manner by Client (deadlines agreed upon start)
  • WFN system updates are included, other system updates are excluded from scope.
  • Client will provide the Client data required for updating Client's WFN system.
  • Consultant to complete Client data entry either weekly or biweekly as agreed upon with Client.
  • Master file updates: the volume of changes shall be limited to up to 50% of Client'semployee headcount.
    • E.g.: If Client has 250 active employees, changes can include multiple updates for up to 125 of those employees
