This role will Assist driver with onsite segregation of waste and packaging and videotaping and destruction of DEA Controls.
**Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions):**
+ Act as a witness at customer locations where DEA controlled substances are involved.
+ Ride along with a CDL Driver to assist with duties at their stops.
+ Video the destruction process of DEA controlled substances and upload video into employer system.
+ Requires up to 75% overnight travel based on routes
+ Load containers and supplies to truck for daily service stops

+ Adheres to strict security procedures as well as compliance with the code of conduct provided within the colleague handbook.
+ Work in the DEA security cage when requested but may be required to assist with work in other departments of the building and be willing to comply with various departmental procedures as requested.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
Education: High School diploma preferred or GED required. Must complete biological hazard and waste training. Must submit to Hepatitis B vaccinations or a waiver.

The Avionics Technician is responsible for installations, removals, and troubleshooting of avionics systems on a variety of fixed-wing and rotor-wing aircraft in our customer's fleet. Performs system troubleshooting as required on a variety of integrated systems using wiring diagrams and installation drawings. Knowledge of system integration of newly installed equipment or modification of previously installed systems to ensure proper operation and functionality. Perform and document work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required. Work will be performed under minimal supervision and the employee will consult with the Avionics Department Lead Mechanic or the Director of Maintenance of the Certified Repair Station.

+ Performs Avionics system and component Pre/Post maintenance operational checks and in-flight checks as required.
+ Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and inspections by manufacturers' and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) recommended and mandatory guidelines.
+ Repairs or replaces defective components.
+ Assists in the final checkout of new installations or the modification of aircraft avionic systems and components.
+ Records maintenance actions on aircraft, engine, and component records, forms, tags, and other applicable documents according to FAA and repair station requirements.
+ Able to work any assigned shift or schedule, including mission support outside normal duty hours and travel as required supporting mission requirements.
+ Able to travel (20%) frequently to support aircraft operating at field sites and to support domestic and foreign field deployments.
+ Assist with maintenance inspection tasks as required in the repair station.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:**
+ High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Two-year technical trade school, military experience, or equivalent on-the-job training required
+ A valid FCC License, Airframe certificate, or Airframe & Powerplant certificate issued by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is preferred.
+ Must have five years of avionics troubleshooting experience on equipment typically installed on general aviation aircraft. (i.e. Garmin, Bendix King, Honeywell, Rockwell Collins, and Technisonic Radios or similar)
+ Experience performing 14 CFR Part 91.411 & 91.413 checks and recertification of altimeters/encoding and transponders or military equivalent
+ Camera and ISR system install and troubleshooting experience is highly desired(e.g. WESCAM MX10 and FLIR StarSafire)
+ modification, integration, and installation of avionics and systems
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS:**

The Avionics Technician is responsible for installations, removals, and troubleshooting of avionics systems on a variety of fixed-wing and rotor-wing aircraft in our customer's fleet. + Records maintenance actions on aircraft, engine, and component records, forms, tags, and other applicable documents according to FAA and repair station requirements.
+ Able to work any assigned shift or schedule, including mission support outside normal duty hours and travel as required supporting mission requirements.
+ Able to travel (20%) frequently to support aircraft operating at field sites and to support domestic and foreign field deployments.

The Aircraft Mechanic assigned to a foreign field site is responsible to the Off-Site Supervisor for performing duties as assigned. **EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:**
+ High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
+ Technical trade school, military experience, or equivalent on-the-job training required
+ Hold a valid Airframe & Powerplant certificate issued by the FAA required
+ Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience as an A&P; With direct experience on the following aircraft platforms Bell 407, 412, AS350 and MD-500 helicopters. High Wing Cessna 206 series, King Air series, and Challenger is a plus.
+ Experience shall be in a similar position within the last twelve (12) months. Shall possess a working knowledge of the applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), Manufacturer technical data and their application to the aircraft and component troubleshooting and repair.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS:**
**The following skills and abilities are required:**
+ Rotor & propeller track and balance experience using common equipment (i.e. Chadwick, MicroVibe, & RADS) on Bell Helicopter, MD Helicopters, King Air, Caravan and single engine Cessna aircraft.
+ Moderate knowledge of aircraft sheet metal/structural modifications and repair, and a working knowledge of composite repairs. (preferred)
+ Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Must own sufficient, basic hand tools to perform A&P duties. Calibrated, test and diagnostic tooling are provided.
+ The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Justice (DOJ) Security Clearance is required
+ Must obtain and maintain a valid US Passport and the appropriate vaccinations required for international travel.
+ Must possess and maintain valid driver's license.
+ Able to obtain and maintain a Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement (preferred)
+ Thorough knowledge of aircraft mechanical component troubleshooting, repair procedures and replacement of parts
+ Basic knowledge of electrical theory
+ Thorough knowledge of aircraft special tooling for specific aircraft types
+ Working knowledge of FAA & OEM directives, circulars and other technical publications to maintain the customer's fleet.
+ Receives technical guidance, as required, from supervisor or higher-level technician
+ Occasionally lead team members through more complex aircraft tasks
+ May be required to make entries in aircraft logs and records and approve aircraft for return to service.

Normal day-to-day working conditions are inside an aircraft hangar with good ventilation and airflow. Work may be required in outside weather conditions where employees will be exposed to all types of environmental conditions and extremes such as hot, cold, rain, wind, etc.
While performing duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and risk of electrical shock. The employee is required to wear personal protective equipment including eye protection, ear protection, hand protection, respirators, masks, aprons; leather safety shoes, steel toe shoes, fall protection harness, and other equipment anytime the potential for hazards exist. The employee is occasionally exposed to high precarious places, confined spaces, toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of radiation; and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
