A fast-growing transport company is seeking a Delivery Center Supervisor to oversee the intake, inspection, and final preparation of trucks for deployment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operations professional with strong leadership skills and an eye for detail. Working collaboratively, the new team member will ensure vehicle readiness by managing day-to-day delivery center activities while upholding safety, quality, and operational standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the reception of trucks delivered to the delivery center and ensure proper documentation and procedures are followed.
  • Conduct or oversee thorough inspections to verify trucks meet the company's safety, quality, and readiness standards.
  • Coordinate cleaning, detailing, decals, minor repairs, and final touches before truck hand-off.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to manage vehicle preparation schedules.
  • Oversee inventory checks and the installation of necessary equipment (e.g., fuel cards, ELDs).
  • Maintain accurate records of truck deliveries, inspections, and maintenance needs.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive experience for drivers receiving new equipment.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve delivery center processes and operational efficiency.
  • Train and support any additional staff or contractors involved in the truck preparation process.

Requirements:
  • Based in the Raleigh/Kenly
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit)
  • Strong leadership skills and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in fleet operations, truck inspections, dealership logistics, or transportation coordination preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (English required; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the delivery center's day-to-day operations
  • Comfortable with basic digital tools for recordkeeping and communication

General Summary

The Delivery Driver will be heavily involved in handling regular deliveries to our customers and stores. The delivery driver will work out of our Centralized Delivery Center (CDC) to deliver quality products and an amazing level of service to all customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* The Delivery Driver focus will be to work with the Centralized Delivery Center Manager and Assistant Manager to execute regular on-time delivery of product as needed to support our customers.
* The driver will be expected to deliver the ARH brand promise of helpful and amazing service at all times through professional conduct and a proactive approach to solving the problems of customers as they are spotted.
* The driver will handle or assist picking up or receiving, pulling, packing and loading products to be delivered.
* Recommend product stocking or special-order needs to the CDC management team.
* Observe and obey all traffic laws and operate safely and efficiently while operating any and all ARH equipment.
* Assist the Centralized Delivery Center Manager and/or Warehouse Coordinator with assembling grills and patio furniture sets as needed.
* Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.

Minimum Skills, Requirements and Qualifications

* High School or GED equivalent.
* Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
* Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration and motivate others both internal and external to perform enthusiastically.
* Ability to work independently.
* Ability to work flexible hours.
* Ability to safely operate vans, trucks, forklifts and other material handling equipment.
* Standing, walking, bending, climbing, lifting (up to 50lbs) regularly, and lifting (up to 100lbs) occasionally with assistance.

Essential Functions:

This position starts with an extensive hands-on training program where you will begin in the role of a Recruiter Trainee. During this period, you will work with an Onboarding Coach to learn and perform the fundamentals of recruiting. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will move into a Recruiter role and be responsible for the following:

  • Recruit top IT consultants and serve as the main point of contact throughout the entire recruiting cycle, creating a world-class experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with consultants by providing career coaching to talent around market-trends, labor rates, resume creation, interviewing techniques, and emerging skills.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies leveraging various tools and technologies, including in-house AI tools, increasing your ability to identify the best talent for a specific customer requirement.
  • Use AI-generated insights to make data-driven decisions throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

Educational & Experience Requirements:

The Delivery Driver is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading trucks and providing exceptional customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be at least 25-years old
  • Must have a valid Class C Driver's License
  • 1 point or less on driving record
  • 2-years of delivery driving experience
  • Must have daytime availability during the week and on Saturdays
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Delivers merchandise to customer.
  • Counts and checks the condition of all outgoing products loaded on the truck.
  • Contacts customer to ensure delivery instructions are accurate.
  • Delivers orders undamaged to the correct jobsite and assisting in unloading if necessary, attending to proper un/loading sequence.
  • Makes sure loads are properly secured and flagged if necessary.
  • Upon delivery, offers a friendly greeting, smile, and eye contact with customers.
