As a Delivery Driver for Omnicare Pharmacy, you will deliver prescription orders and/or products to customers on a predetermined route and schedule in a company provided vehicle. Delivery Drivers take important steps to ensure all medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met for our patients and they demonstrate ethical conduct and always maintain patient confidentiality. Successful Delivery Drivers will utilize a customer service mindset to manage all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team's ability to fill patient prescriptions promptly, safely and accurately.
+ Provide timely and accurate delivery of medication, equipment, products and/or supplies into long term care facilities or patient's homes
+ Load products/materials
+ Responsible for vehicle maintenance and alerting management for maintenance issues.
+ Maintain and full compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations
+ Maintain highest professional and ethical standards
+ Following all applicable government regulations including HIPAA to ensure patient confidentiality

Job Description
As a Delivery Driver, you will have face-to-face contact with customers as you deliver orders. You will safely drive a Graybar truck or van from the warehouse to each destination, providing on-time delivery and good customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relations and passing along customer feedback, and even promoting services and products! One advantage of this role is that it is typically Monday-Friday during the day and you will be home each night. **Work Shift and Hours:**
+ Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm
**Compensation Details:**
+ The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $20.00 per hour depending on experience.
**In this role you will:**
+ Help determine best routes for delivery to meet customer expectations
+ Deliver products to Graybar customers while providing excellent customer service
+ Load and unload trucks using warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
+ Inspect vehicle and supplies
+ Safely operate vehicle at all times
+ Maintain proper truck logs
+ Work a local route - no overnights or weekends away
**What you bring to the table:**
+ Customer service skills
+ Ability to perform the physical requirements necessary to work in a warehouse environment; must pass pre-employment physical testing
+ Safely operate warehouse equipment and proper use of PPE
+ Experience required driving a van or truck equal or below 26,000 GVW
+ Must have a valid driver's license issued by his/her state of residence appropriate for type of vehicle
+ Must be able to pass DOT medical exam and Commercial Motor Vehicle Certification

Position Summary:
The primary function of a delivery driver is to safely and efficiently operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with company policies along with Federal and State regulations and delivers all freight undamaged. Work as a team player to deliver, load/unload materials while providing a world class customer service experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Inspect truck/trailer for defects for safe operation.
- Safely load building materials onto flatbed or boom truck and unload products at commercial and residential job sites.
- Deliver materials to assigned area as directed by the customer while prioritizing personal safety and the safety of those around you.
- Maintain records required for compliance with State and Federal regulations.
- Must report all accidents involving driver or company equipment.
- Stamina to lift heavy building materials up to 100+ lbs. for load/unload.

- Minimum Class B License, Class A strongly preferred
