We are actively seeking a Part-time Associate Dentist (Friday/Saturday) in New Bedford, MA or Fall River, MA to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
Associate Dentists are responsible for providing dental services to patients with the support of their team. Our practice has:
- DentaPro software
- Digital x-ray and Panorex units
- Fiber-optic handpieces
- Yearly OSHA and HIPPA and Emergency Management training
- Ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider
- Patient Base: primarily ages 3-21 and up to 30% adult population (depending upon location)
- Office flow: average 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
- State insurance plans, PPO and out-of-network payor mix
We expect you to have:
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults

WJM Professionals is recruiting a General Dentist to provide personal dental services to all Active-Duty beneficiaries. The General Dentists will provide professional service, instruction, and supervision to U.S. Coast Guard locations. The individual shall perform a full range of General Dentistry services on-site, to a variety of patients.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Detailed history, testing, and examination.
- Diagnostic, preventive, restorative, endodontic, and periodontal initial therapy services.
- Fixed and removable prosthetics; and oral surgery services.
- Case consultation with referring Dental Officer.
- Treatment plan recommendation and review.
- Participate in the Health Services Quality Improvement Program.
- Provide instruction to clinic staff on an ad hoc basis.
- Provide immediate evaluation and management of emergent problems as they occur in addition to regularly scheduled appointments.
- Procedures necessary for relief of dental pain, swelling, and infection without endangering the overall health of the patient.
- The repair of dental prostheses where lack of such repair would cause the patient suffering.
The provider of Dental services shall possess and maintain the following.
- A diploma from an accredited school of Dentistry.
- A current unrestricted active license to practice Dentistry from one of the 50 states, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U. S. Virgin Islands.
- A Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration certification.
- "No unfavorable information on file" rating with the National Practitioners Data Bank (NPDB).
- A current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) for the Health Care Provider by the American Heart Association (AHA), American Red Cross (ARC), American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI), or the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP).
- A minimum of two (2) years of recent experience (immediately preceding the submission of this offer).
Before commencement of this agreement, the Contractor shall submit the following credentials to be reviewed for technical acceptability.
- A current curriculum vitae including AT LEAST the following information:
