What will you be doing?
Develop and execute business plans with defined target accounts to achieve sales targets by promoting Smith+Nephew's revolutionary Post-Acute Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) brand, RENASYS EDGE
Build relationships with key customers, decision-makers and thought leaders by educating them about the clinical and service benefits of partnering with Smith+Nephew with RENASYS EDGE
Become an expert at using data to make decisions by deriving insights from our resources regarding NPWT use in your territory. Use those insights to drive your activity and then document that activity and progress within our CRM
Use the world class training that Smith+Nephew will provide you to master the Wound Care Center and Private Office segments of our business as you build out your territory with the eventual progression into the hospital space
Conduct proper target account reach/frequency and make necessary adjustments to your business plan as your business develops
Use your organizational, route planning and calendar management skills to execute a business plan across multiple sites of care and to coordinate availability of products for hospital outpatient departments, case management and private offices. Whenever possible, rely upon scheduled customer meetings to maximize your time and relationship building

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $0,000 - 60,000 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. *Compensation*: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of$97,400-$146,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 10% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
B.S. in Building Construction or Construction Management and three years minimum experience in commercial construction. Eight years commercial construction can substitute for degree. Experience in healthcare construction is preferred. Must have experience in commercial construction and general knowledge of all phases of commercial construction and building codes, including Florida Building Code and NFPA standards. Knowledge of codes and standards specific to healthcare construction preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Microsoft Project or other scheduling software is also preferred.
