rAPPOINTMENT: July 1, 2025
The Associate Athletic Director of Development will report to the
Executive Director for Advancement & Alumni Relations. Provides overall
leadership for the assigned college's fundraising program, with primary
emphasis on fundraising through securing major gifts from individuals,
corporations and foundations to support academic priorities of the
College and the goals and objectives of the University's strategic plan
""Higher Values in Higher Education."".
RANK & SALARY: $69,600 to $75,000 per year, commensurate with
experience.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- A demonstrated record of success in higher education or non-profit
tools, or experience in marketing or outside sales.
- A desire to build relationships and convey a passion for WIU and the
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, and to
