Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor client project teams as necessary in project and system build strategy.
  • Track and document risks and issues.
  • Analyze and document workflows.
  • Work closely with project leadership, including documentation and facilitation.
  • Work directly with Epic end users. Monitor workflows, provide documentation, and optimization suggestions.
  • Lead meetings regarding project status and on-going work-product coordination.

Skills and Experience

  • All consultants must possess at least one Epic certification. Multiple certifications preferred. Ideally, Cogito, Clarity or Caboodle.

What You'll Do
+ Collaborate with our client-facing sales team to develop customized proposals that align with client objectives and budgets.
+ Develop compelling proposal options in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner, demonstrating a deep understanding of client's needs and preferences.
+ Scope and recommend innovative and impactful campaigns that resonate with our clients' target audiences.
+ Identify and reach specific audience segments by leveraging audience insights, demographic data, and market trends. This involves campaign scoping, setting campaign goals, and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs).
+ Continuously evaluate and optimize campaign tactics to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide regular reporting on impressions, click through rates and other relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).
+ Collaborate with our strategy & insights team on the delivery of audience quality and script lift insights.
What We Need
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, health care, or related field.
+ 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on campaign design, set up, and execution.
+ Knowledge of digital advertising ecosystem and experience working with programmatic platforms and technologies.
+ Familiarity with ad serving technologies, data management platforms (DMPs), and ad exchanges
+ The ability to analyze data, interpret campaign performance metrics, and optimize advertising strategies accordingly
Desired Qualifications
+ Knowledge and prior use of Salesforce, Tableau, and SQL
+ Experience with Pharmaceutical data

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.

A hospital system in NYC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of an AI-driven software platform aimed at transforming clinical and operational workflows. This role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between clinical stakeholders, technical teams, and the AI software vendor to ensure successful delivery in an agile environment. Some of the responsibilities include:
Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of AI software solutions, ensuring alignment with hospital goals and timelines.
Agile Facilitation: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies for cross-functional development teams.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or health IT.
Proven experience managing agile software development projects.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in healthcare settings is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification preferred.
