We’re looking for an experienced and innovative Head of Editorial and Content Marketing. The Content Marketing team’s mission is to create compelling stories that resonate with our audience and effectively communicate the value of Stripe’s products. What you’ll do
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall content strategy to articulate the benefits of Stripe's products and services, creating relevant content for various channels including short-form editorial content, blogs, and other long-form content as well as new content types for campaigns including interactive content and video. Stripe has a huge opportunity to expand our content types, and we’re looking for a leader who can help us build a strategy.
- Lead the development of innovative content formats that captivate and engage our audience, pushing the boundaries of traditional content marketing. You’ll partner closely with teams like our Global Campaigns team, Product Marketing, Communications, and Brand to develop new and compelling ways for Stripe to tell our story.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to identify key messages and updates, ensuring that our content reflects the latest news and product enhancements.
- Partner with the communications team to ensure clear and consistent messaging around Stripe's offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, understanding their needs and how content can support their objectives.
- Establish a feedback loop with our audience to measure the effectiveness of content, iterating on strategies based on insights to improve engagement and satisfaction.
- Set key performance indicators for content marketing initiatives, using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance within the content team, mentoring team members and encouraging innovative thinking.
- Manage a team of very talented content creators and inspire them to do their best work.

Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in content marketing or related fields, with a strong focus on B2B technology.
- Proven track record of developing and executing content strategies that deliver measurable results and resonate with a technical audience.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives that simplify complex topics.
- Experience in building and managing high-performing content teams, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to assess content performance and drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying ideas and insights to various stakeholders effectively.
- A flexible and adaptable approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment and willing to experiment with new ideas.

This role is available either in an office or a remote location (typically, 35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office).
Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams.
A remote location, in most cases, is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of our offices. While you would be welcome to come into the office for team/business meetings, on-sites, meet-ups, and events, our expectation is you would regularly work from home rather than a Stripe office. Stripe does not cover the cost of relocating to a remote location. We encourage you to apply for roles that match the location where you currently or plan to live.
Pay and benefits
The annual US base salary range for this role is $224,000 - $36,000. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (OTE) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.

Marketing and Creative Director at TouchCare TouchCare is looking for a creative Content Marketing Manager. Experience in healthcare marketing or inbound lead generation is a plus. Healthcare, insurance, or benefits experience is helpful. A willingness to learn about the industry and do a deep dive on the competition is a must. Experience with creating ebooks, white papers, newsletters, or outbound email campaigns is preferred. Willingness to wear many hats and be flexible. Experience in a startup environment is a plus. The Buy with Prime (BwP)/ Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) team's mission is to help merchants grow their businesses beyond Amazon.com by externalizing the best of Amazon's supply chain and direct to consumer (DTC) services. We are looking for an experienced and customer-obsessed Content Marketer to help us delight merchants. Your creativity and project management will drive the development of compelling messaging and content that guides merchants in launching new products and crafting engaging content.
As a content owner within the Creative Studio team, this role will be focused on producing, publishing, promoting, and tracking the performance of a wide variety of compelling marketing and sales content including blogs, guides, case studies, infographics, sales decks, brochures, webpages, and event scripts for our B2B and B2C audiences. These content assets will play a key part in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition for Buy with Prime and Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). The team will rely on your superb writing skills and experience developing various types of content (for example: articles, videos, infographics) with relevant tone and targeted to specific audiences.
Key job responsibilities
- Write and edit high-quality content including user guides, scripts, blogs, product updates, and customer-facing marketing communications
- Work with stakeholders to continuously evolve our communications and raise the bar on customer experience
- Responsible for all aspects of content triage, review, editing, and communicating with stakeholders to maintain SLAs on requests
- Drive end-to-end content development process from research to writing to revision, proofreading, publication, and performance analysis - for each piece of content that you work on
- Establish and implement content best practices, including guidelines for content reuse and maintenance
- Develop and maintain comprehensive content roadmap aligned with business objectives and stakeholder needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders from product, sales, and other teams across the organization to develop various content pieces, campaigns, and strategies that are aligned with our goals
- Act as a subject matter expert on brand voice, tone, messaging, and claim guidelines for both Buy with Prime, Multi-Channel Fulfillment, and any future product launches
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities
- Use data and feedback from internal and external customers to continually evaluate and enhance the value of our content/content solutions
A day in the life
- Supporting triage of internal content requests, providing SLAs and timely status communications on requests
- Developing, reviewing, and editing copy for marketing and sales enablement channels such as website, email, social, ads, videos, pitch decks, events, scripts, and one-pagers
- Partnering with other members of Creative Studio team (content, web, design) as well as Channel Marketing team (social, email, webinar, ads) to ensure content is delivered in the format its needed to align with business goals and timelines
- Providing feedback on content strategy and messaging guidelines for new product/feature launches to ensure it is customer centric

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of copywriting experience in advertising agencies and/or in-house creative departments
- 3+ years of experience with editorial background, proofreading skills and experience adhering to brand guidelines Understanding of best practices for marketing channel specific content (ie, email, web, social, etc)

The base pay for this position ranges from $108,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
