WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Assist in the launch, testing, monitoring, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across email, paid media (Google & LinkedIn), and other web channels 

  • Monitor schedule and publish content across Sendero’s digital channels 

  • Help maintain and improve the company website by conducting keyword research, updating content, formatting pages, and ensuring the site works smoothly across all devices 

  • Review performance dashboards and highlight key insights to support data-driven decision-making 

  • Maintain marketing assets and contact lists, and perform quality assurance on digital materials such as emails, ads, forms, and landing pages 

  • Build and apply basic knowledge of Marketing theory, industry, and professional standards to work methods and deliverables to achieve goals  

  • Potential to support other marketing content and administrative efforts 

  • Participate in (e.g., note taking, providing input) and sometimes facilitate small groups and/or meetings to address issues and gather data 

  • Complete other duties and special projects as assigned 

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field with a 3.0 GPA or higher 

  • Participation over time in two or more extracurricular activities  

  • Leadership experience from an academic, work, or extra-curricular role  

  • Proven work experience 

  • Basic proficiency with MS Office product suite  

  • Strong business writing and verbal communication skills
