About the role
As Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of all digital marketing channels to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and lifecycle marketing. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing high-impact campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, and account-based marketing (ABM), working cross-functionally to deliver measurable growth. This role is ideal for a data-driven, creative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a significant impact.
A day in the life
- Own strategy, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid ads (search, display, social), email, webinars, and other channels
- Manage relationships with lead generation partners and vendors to maximize budget efficiency
- Develop and implement an ABM strategy to drive pipeline growth and brand engagement among key accounts
- Influence the build out of core dashboards and metrics to provide ongoing channel and campaign performance readouts, conduct A/B tests, and use actionable insights to continuously improve conversion rates and campaign ROI
- Partner with operations teams to develop the right integrations between systems to ensure lead flow is frictionless and all necessary datapoints are captured for downstream sales outreach and remarketing program enablement
- Build and manage evergreen nurture tracks for different lifecycle stages, personas, and verticals, ensuring prospects and customers receive relevant, timely communications
- Work directly with product, sales, design, and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives drive desired business outcomes with respect to revenue, product launches, and brand consistency
- Lead a culture of testing by creating a scalable and repeatable experimental testing design framework to uncover key insights, inform future campaigns, and identify new digital opportunities
- Evaluate the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for Crusoe to win across digital channels
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving demand generation and brand growth in B2B environments
- Deep expertise in paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, X Ads), marketing automation (HubSpot), CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hubspot, )
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Point of view on content and creative that works and how to partner with internal and external resources to create and scale demand generation programs with best in class content and creative
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions and optimize performance
- Knowledge of how to communicate performance results and forecasts to executive stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience managing cross-functional projects
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications or MBA a plus
- Experience managing agencies or vendors
- Comfort level with ambiguity and ability to operate both strategically and tactically without complete information
- Process to stay on top of and implement the latest trends in digital marketing

Compensation Range
