ABOUT THIS ROLE
Join the WK Kellogg Co Team as a Retail Display Merchandiser serving the Oak Creek / Milwaukee, WI (Southeastern Wisconsin) Territory. In this full-time, hourly role, you'll be responsible for merchandising our Woodman's account; building, stocking, and maintaining WK Kellogg product display to ensure a strong in-store presence.
You'll report to our Area Sales Manager, with direct support from the Retail Sales Lead in your specific geographic area.
JOB HIGHLIGHTS
+ The successful candidate will reside within thirty-five miles of the center of Oak Creek, WI or South Milwaukee, WI. This is a full-time, hourly, remote, position where you will spend most of your time driving to and spending time with your clients
+ Paid Mileage Reimbursement, for miles driven between stores
HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
+ Showcasing Our Brands - Visit assigned store(s) to deliver top-tier merchandising service. You'll ensure products are properly rotated, placed, and faced to maximize visibility and appeal to customers.
+ Executing with Excellence - Build promotional displays and signage in alignment with plan-o-grams and seasonal campaigns. This hands-on role involves physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, using step stools or ladders, bending, and standing for extended periods. You'll also be expected to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
+ Communicating is Key - Collaborate with store managers and staff to coordinate merchandising efforts. Use mobile apps to log hours, report completed tasks, and stay connected with your Retail Sales Lead and Area Sales Manager. With a "Make it Better" mindset, you'll also be expected to share store feedback and identify opportunities to enhance product visibility.
Required Qualifications
+ Must live within 35 miles of Oak Creek, WI or South Milwukee, WI
+ Must have personal transportation
+ Valid Driver's License with no more than two moving violations within the past 36 months
+ High School diploma or equivalent (GED
Preferred Qualifications
+ Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact with all levels of management
+ Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with a high degree of self-discipline, initiative, and drive
+ A customer-focused approach to problem-solving
+ Highly organized and efficient, with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently
+ Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for 8 - 10 hours per day, and to stoop, kneel, bend, push, and pull as needed
+ Comfortable using accessibility apps in-store to log hours, report daily tasks, and communicate with Retail Sales Leads
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Salary Range: $17.88 - $23.47 per hour
Salary pay ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, the successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, certifications, qualifications, relevant education or training, and local market conditions.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing
+ Building Our Brands - Calling on assigned store(s) to deliver superior in-store merchandising service to ensure proper rotation, placement and facing of our products to catch our customers' attention.
+ Establishing Relationships - Build and foster relationships with store employees and managers.
+ Can Do Attitude - Build our displays with excellence requires physical activity and some occasional heavy lifting. Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-moving environment.
We're Looking for Someone With
+ Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours a day. Stoops, kneel, bend, push and pull
+ Ability to lift to 40 pounds, climb ladders and step stools repeatedly, and reach above your shoulders repeatedly
+ Ability to visit assigned store(s) durin g shift
+ Accessibility apps while in store to report hours worked, daily tasks, and communicating with Retail Sales Leads.
+ Ability to use a personal vehicle
+ This is a driving role which requires the use of a vehicle. To meet the requirements of the role, your driving record must be clear of any combination of violations or one-time significant events occurring in a personal or company vehicle within the previous 36 months

+ **Store Visits: **Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory**
+ **Purpose:** Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays**
+ **Clients:** Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel**
+ **Scheduling: **Up to 28 hours per week, availability required Monday-Thursday; 8:00am to 6:00pm. No weekends/evenings**
+ **Additional Opportunities:** Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.**
+ **Reporting:** Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit**

+ **Independence and Teamwork:** Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed**
+ **Tech-ready:**Internet access, basic hand-held tools, and a Wi-Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update. Laptop/desktop access is a plus**
+ **Travel Ability:** Must have driver's license and access to a personal vehicle and will be required to use their vehicle to perform the responsibilities of the role.**
