Description

  • Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient allocation and utilization.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers and construction staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project teams, clients, and other relevant parties to ensure alignment and address any concerns.
  • Monitor and enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and materials.
  • Implement and maintain project documentation, including plans, contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Coordinate with property management teams to ensure smooth transition from construction to occupancy.
  • Lead project closeout activities, including client/owner walk throughs

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations specific to vertical build projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing project teams.
  • Excellent budgeting, cost control, and financial acumen for managing project budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
  • Superior problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and management.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credentials preferred.

Job Offer

ADP is hiring a Senior Account Representative, Diverse Markets. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing and pursuing Diverse and Emerging Market opportunities across US regions. To do this, one must have a passion for serving and impacting under-represented & under-penetrated business communities, with particular focus on Latino and Veteran-owned firms, in the spirit of driving longevity and sustainability to those owners via ADP's products, services and resources. The Senior Accounts Executive will assist in broadening of diverse market activity across business units, while identifying additional opportunities that will increase the penetration and velocity of Diverse market sales. Additionally, this role will be responsible for utilizing and converting state-of-the-art sales tools to increase productivity, internally and externally.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Manage and chaperone external relationships - Account management - with special focus to Latino and Veteran-owned firms
+ Coach and train on sales processes - locally and nationally
+ Quarterback cross-functional and cross business unit interaction
+ Pull and push reporting
+ Partner with Sales VP teams and Internal partners to identify markets for unit and revenue growth opportunities.
+ In-Person training and development sessions + Conference/Trade Show Attendance.
+ 1-2 Regional Visit(s) monthly
+ Connect with External market / channel through leaders and influencers to drive production and awareness
+ Responsible collaboration with peripheral sales channels and business units to grow overall sales productivity
+ Partnership and engagement with inside sales to support opportunities for both field and virtual engagement
+ Identify alternate distribution channel options that serve the diverse market space
+ Increase associate productivity by enhancing the usage and deployment of digital assets, products, partners and execution models.
+ Act as point of contact with partners during conversion period
+ Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities via telemarketing, direct mail, social media selling, and face-to-face meetings
+ Maintain and update database of all prospects, ensures use and compliance with all aspects of SalesForce Automation System
+ Requires 30-50% travel
Preferred Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
+ 5+ years of field selling
+ Strong negotiation skills
+ SBS Sales Field experience
+ Spanish speaking preferred but not required
+ Those with military experience encouraged to apply
+ Ability to employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and enhance project outcomes
+ Ability to cover a national territory encompassing all time zones
+ Excellent planning skills and ability to implement successful sales strategies
+ Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written), including with C-level executives
+ Strong Project Management Skills in complex environments
+ Strong work ethic

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience.
